INTRODUCTIONPersonal and professional development is the process in which an individual learn variousskills and behaviour which help him in attaining goals and objectives which he has desired for.Through it he or she can update his or her knowledge and will use that learning in his day to daylife. Organisation carry different tasks to update learning of their employees as they know that itwill yield better results. It is the procedure in which someone increase their personal abilitieswith the help of education and training opportunities in the workplace, outside the firm or bywatching someone else who are doing the same thing (Avalos, 2011). A person equipped withthe some sort of skills and knowledge will feel confident and will also boost his moral. Personaland professional development plays a vital role in health and social care setting. In this report abrief will be given on this and with the self evaluation a holistic development plan will bedeveloped by keeping short and long goals and objectives in mind. TASK 11.1 Comparison of personal values and principles with the principles of support for working inhealth and social care.In have choose health and social care fields and I am just at the starting phase of mycareer. I know I posses some values and principles and that are some negative and positive.These all things highly impact the health and social care. I will try to work hard and will give myefforts so that I can easily improve my skills as health and social worker. I am employed in smallcare center which is of small size (Bauer, 2010). My role is managerial support and till now Ihave performed 200 hours of service. Personal values briefs about the choices of individuals.These beliefs are shaped from the culture which is followed by a person. The concept of equalityand love for the humans are the two things which has brought principles of support for workingin health and social care field. Individual ReflectionPersonal Values possessed by me.Effect of the values on principles of supportin Health and Social Care.I am vegetarian and does not consume anykind of meat.In the care center most of the people are nonvegetarian so by keeping my duty in mind, Idon't feel same in serving non vegetarian food1
