As professional they do hard worked on their professions, sometimes nurse do 24 hours duties they also make sure the duties what they done is very honest. P2 Personal Culture and experience influences role in supporting user of Health and Social Care: My personal experience determines the role of a practitioner. Every people personal values influences to their work and every person is closer to their professions. I saw nurses and social workers performing their duties and never complained about their work. Personal values means courage to people of work polite, gentle, well-behaved etc. in hospitals nurse behave with their patient to very politely. Moreover, they give treatment to their patient as if they are at their homes. They take care of patients like family. Mainly a nurse provides services to patients as per doctor’s instructions. My personal experience occurred when my father met with an accident. He was badly injured and the doctor’s consult was complete bed rest for 24 days. I saw the nurses to take proper care of my father by timely giving him medicines, bath, giving food etc. In addition, he got proper rest without any disturbance. On other hand, I see the culture is an aspect of identify that the culture based on shared with other such as, celebrations, shared history. Is defines the Language, musical taste, dress, diet and many others. I understood that culture is aboutshared understanding of beliefs, attitudes, and number of other things. As a practitioner, the culture is based on a person's skills, values and attitude. In Health and Social Care I consider culture with respect to a person's identity. It’s about how they behave and what they believe. 2
