professional development. If
personal needs are not met then
itwold ultimately create an impact
on professional development. The
main objective behind
professional development is to
enhance abilities as well as
competencies in accordance with
learning and growth.

Career plan
 The professional field which I
have chosen is marketing. It is
defined as a much enhanced
professional field which requires
different skills and many focus
areas also. It includes various
career paths like in relation with
advertising, public relations, sales
and many more. In terms of the
professional field I have always
been interested in the aspet of
digital marketing. It is my dream
job as enhancing a career in such
field is the most beneficial thing
as per current situation.

 Digital marketing:- It is defined as
a proficient field which involves
online based technologies and
Internet which are used to promote
all brand products and services. In
today’s world it has become the
most important and effective thing
for career because now for applying
jobs skill of online promotion is
important. It had always been my
dream job to develop my profession
in relation with digital marketing.

 With the help of digital
marketing it would be easy for
me to get jobs as each path
wants that their employees
should have the knowledge
and talent of promoting the
products online. As each
individual is now active on
social media so it is the most
important thing.

examining my occupation path I
made a proper plan with respect

 So, for this I took assistance from
my college mentor that helped me
in developing and exploring my
career. After this I created a
upcoming strategy in which I
listed out certain options in the
field of marketing and for my
career goal and I chose the field
of digital marketing. I chose this
field of marketing because by
analyzing all my strengths it was
the best option for me. The main
career path is based on the
education which we received.

 As a digital marketer it is very
significant to have such talents
because it is the most essential
thing which is needed. So, it
is important that I develop my
profession and overcome such
encounters with the help of

were mainly the creativity. So,

most essential thing in today’s world. By choosing a profession in the
