INTRODUCTIONProfessional improvement considers developing in duty of completely realise business doand way improve. It involves raising necessary abilities to carry out duty effectively and possiblewhich is continued throughout work life. Impressiveprofessed improvement includes insuringthe knowledge as well as knowing of field of skillfulness for job is always at largest possiblelevel. It is learning of abilities and understanding for career progress, but it also involvescomponents of personalized improvement (Olsen, 2015). Individual development think aboutabilities needs to achieve the outcome required both in role and life in general. It is aboutimproving talent and potential both in and out of the workplace. I can improve the necessaryskills by ways of solution through having understanding of something I need to achieve andways to accomplish it. The purpose of Personal and Professional Development is to aid me formanaging my learning and growth throughout my career. It is the essential for me to continuelearning and improve to keep my abilities and knowledge up to date and ensure to my worksafely, legally and effectively. Some example of professional development are informationtechnology training, health and safety, legal knowledge or expertise. Some illustration ofpersonal development are leadership training, time management, communication abilities. MAIN BODY Determination and assessment of skills set and career aspiring It is necessary to identify and evaluate of setting up skills and career ambitious. For that, Iam doing the SWOT analysis which help me to develop the abilities and knowledge forachieving my career goals and objectives (Hildebrand, 2018). I have effective communicationskills such as verbal and written for interacting with my staff, colleagues and managers when Iam working in the organization. I have great leadership skills, so that I am leading with my teammembers, make efforts to solve problems of members for effective team working and achieve thecommon goals and objectives. I have good presentation skills in relation to give the appropriatepresentation in front of my superior and top level manager within the organization. SWOT Analysis Strengths : I have good communication skill to build relationship with staff, colleagues andmanagers in the company.
