The manager havebeen asked for each employee for their report hence this report includes an skill audit of a personas an employee and interpersonal and transferable skills. It also involves a personal SWOTanalysis and develop personal and professional development plan.TASK 1Evaluation of Skills Audit:Role and responsibility: I am working with the Herrods as a customer relationshipexecutive which is junior level profile of customer relationship management department. I amworking with the organization for last 11 months and responsibilities are planning andcommunicating CRM strategies across the company, maintain customer database, collaboratingwith other departments, providing creative ideas, overseeing the production process andexecution.
