Introduction:
Personal and professional development refers to the programs or the process where the
individual learn various kind of skills and capabilities which helps them to achieve the desire
goals and objectives. The development program helps the person to learn and improve their
knowledge and skills about the competing the task in the most effective manners so that desire
outcomes can be obtained. These programs provide the way where individual can enhance their
personality which lead to get success in their personal life and profession career. It is essential
for the person to learn the new innovative skills which provide them to take competitive
advantage in the organisation. Under this report, individual is able to improve or build
employability and study skills which will help them to achieve the results in better ways and

and focus on achieving the objectives of the organisation as well are able to obtain their personal
goals in the effective manners. The Amazon organisation have a Jeff Bezos as the great leader
and the CEO of organisation. He has the effective leadership skills which helps the organisation
to get their objectives in the most productive ways and make the effective strategies that will
lead to expansion of the operational activities of the organisation in the international market
places. Jeff Bezos is chief executive officer of the well known organisation called as Amazon
company .in the organisation management level, he has applied the various leader quality like
the risk taking abilities, having the innovative ideas about the organisation goods and services so
that they can increase their market share in the target market place.
He has mission and vision of the organisation which are to be achieved in the proper manners to
lead the market in the profitable manners and attract more customer towards the organisation
goods. His focus in on satisfying the target customer needs and wants by offering them the
goods and making the strategies which helps them to perform better in the market. He is most
famous leader who have effective and productivity leadership skills which are used to influence

the employees to perform at their full capabilities to compete the activities in the most effective
manners so that organisation are able to achieve their pre-determine in the proper way.
Jeff Bezos, have proper thinking process which helps him to execute the task in the effective
ways and can grow the business of the organisation at the international market place. some of the
leadership theory which are applied by the Jeff Bezos at the organisation are stated as below:
Situational theory: as per this theory, the Jeff focus on following the different leadership
according the situation present in the organisation management level so that task can be
competed in proper manners. His leadership depends on the various things such as different task
which are performed in the organisation and customer behaviours and work environment so that
they are able to make the effective decision for the expansion and growth of the company/.
Leader needs to have various tools and technique which helps them to motivates and inspire its
worker for achieving the desire results in the most effective pattern. He can earlier switch the
another leadership style depending on the competition present in the market and vision of the
organisation so that company is able to finish the activities in the most profitable manners. This
leadership style provide the leader a way where they can make the effective policies for the
organisation to obtain the objectives in the proper and efficient ways and motivates the worker

Behaviours theory: Jeff Bezos uses this style in their management team as it show the way
how the leader needs to behave in the organisation and take the lead in the team to compete the
work in the proper manners and achieve the organisation vision in the certain manners. This
theory believes that good leader are not born they create leadership quality by undergoing the
various training programs where they can learn new skills and capabilities to lead the group of
people and how to achieve the organisation gaols in the target market places. Here leader
develop the skills which are helpful in influence the behaviour of the employees at the work
place so that all the employees are working for the common goals which are to be achieved
within the certain time period. Here the leader behave in certain which inspire the another
people to perform the task in the organisation in the prefect manner which will lead to finish the
