Personal development is consider as process which is uses by
people to increase their understanding and knowledge
regarding a particular thing that helps to management the
performance. To improve the insights individuals are using
different approaches and strategies that help to perform well
and increase the organizational productivity. The
presentation part is based on Jeff Bezos who is the CEO of
Amazon. This presentation covers role of leadership in
achieving success.

Concept of Leader
Leadership is the activity which is uses by some people who
have ability and skills to lead the people and getting the things
done in certain period of time. Leadership is important
activity that attracts people and ready them to accept the
challenges. The people who have leadership quality and rights
to make decision is called as leaders. In every organization
leaders is playing a vital role who understand what are the

multinational conglomerate technology company that was founded
in 1994 to provide the products and services.

Entrepreneur and e-commerce leader Jeff Bezos is the creator and CEO of
Amazon e-commerce business, director of The Washington Post and
founder of Blue Origin space exploration service. His successful business
activities have made such person one of the world's richest. This person is
managing all functions and activities by facing the challenges and changes
according to people demand that helps to perform well. It has seen that
initial success of Amazon was meteoric who faced many problems while
running a business. This person is performing all activities and maintain
