3.1 Long term and short term objectives
On the grounds of weakness, there are several number of activities which is determined
by me. It consist of various aims and goals that is need to be implement. It also includes a
process including formats of short and long terms activities which is require to manage by me
which can aid in improving skills and abilities.
Long term objectives
I need to develop the strength of decision making skills. This is main drawback of my
abilities which was essential to set as an objectives because I have very indecisive personality
and think a lot before making a any decisions (Pillen, Beijaard and Brok, 2013). Also I need to
measure entire goals and aims and their achievement to manage my performance and improve as
soon as possible in best ways. To achieve the aims and goals within a period of time, the set
objectives should be relevant and attainable. Also one can set the SMART goals for meeting
them in more effective manner.
Short term objectives
These objectives are these which have been identified through analysing weakness as
well as it is required to solve or improve them as soon as possible to get the instant results of it. I
have set to improve and develop my skills of interaction and communication which I need to
improve. This can be attained by attending seminars, conferences and other social events.
Another objective which I have determined to solve is to get over with the issues of boredom
which is necessary to stick at one job profile.
3.2 Documentation of planned activities
According to the above objectives including short and long term which I have determined
to improve my skills and abilities, I need to perform various activities . These are very necessary
to develop own personality as well as grow among the competitors. Here are few of those
activities, which I optimized for meeting those objectives:
1. At first I have to work on my long term objective which is related with decision making
process. In this context I have to go through many videos and other motivational factors.
This leads to take more than 4-5 months. That's why I have to adopt such steps from
which my work get done and become able to take appropriate decisions on time.

2. To resolve the issue of boredom as soon as possible I need to attend mediation class and
focus over one particular matter or job (Reeves, 2012). These may help in concentrating
issues and problems.
3. To solve the issues of communication and internation issues, I have started attending
various seminars, and classes for communication skills improvements which is also
proven so helpful for other activities as well.
3.3 Reflection of own learning on against original aims and objectives
I have to achieve some specific goals and objectives which can be attained with the help
of proper learning styles and skills. For meeting those, first I have to recognise those classes and
seminars which can lead me to the achievement of those goals and objectives. Later that, those
would be eliminated in difference frames of time to achieve. If I would be able to achieve those
set aims within a period of time, it can lead me better grades at graduation as well as good job or
career in future.
3.4 Update plan development on basis of evaluation and feedback
As the days are passing, my skills and abilities are improving everyday. This including
the decrease in level of hesitation while taking or delivering any speech or presentation. I can
easily understand the factors with the help of key terms which I have learned by reading various
books and journals. These development plan have led toward a better skilled and professional
experiences which could not have be attained with the help of this. But there are still few things
which are left to learn such as my decision making skills which is not as good as a leader or
effective worker. I am participating in sessions, seminars, discussion well as team work activities
to make a hold on this too

Organisation includes diverged range of people with different culture, religion and
nature. distinguish interests leads to various opinions which means issues and conflicts due to
unlink between ideas. Hallmark Hotel is suffering the issue of not appropriate services provider
and trained staff which is one of the major issues (Russell and Korthagen eds., 2013). I desire to
work in reputed hotel like this but due to this negative affairs in the organisation, this slays my
want to join it. The major things which emerged are:

 Growth decrement
The major reasons of conflicts which have been detected is inappropriate training session
and other team work activities which is created more complex and issues in the organisation. The
hotel need to optimize specific activities to resolve those disputes and conflicts which can be
done through one of these solution:
 Organising Proper Training
 Analyse entire recruitments and selection procedures
 Allotment of work accordingly and provide targets
Once the entire administration of work is managed properly, it will guide the
organisation toward the proper accomplishment and success.
4.2 Usefulness of learning style in solving these problems
For solving the problems and issues which emerged in workplace or
among worker, the manager of company need various effective styles for
the maintaining and getting over form those issues. An individual or
company these approaches for administrating these in adequate manner.
Individual determined some issues and conflicts which they need to resolve in more effective
way (Schoeman and Mabunda, 2012). Through using various styles of learning and distinct style
combination, which is used for manager of a company or a person. Here are few of them styles

emergences of them. This can help in attaining priority needs within a period of time. I
have determined my goals which have reduced half of my work-load. Focus, Motivation and Self-Awareness: A person should be more optimistic and positive
in every situation which can lead them toward the door of achievement. Determining
objectives are easier then focusing them and making efforts to attain them (Visser,
Evering and Barrett, 2014). For increasing my quality of work, used to surf the internet
and watch various types of motivational videos. Decisive When Required: A planned activity increases the chance of achievement rather
the unplanned. But a person should be decisive for taking decision while stuck in
consequences which can help them in grabbing opportunities. Patience: Patiences is the major key of success and potential of which an individual
require before meeting the objectives. Time management helps in keeping patience with
the help of which patiences level of a person can be enraged.
 Developing Skills: The factors of managing and developing skills is also include in time
frames of management. Skills development can be done more effectively through
managing time in scheduling them according to the prioritises and requirements.
Thus, time management is an effective techniques able to increase the result of a issues
and problem in more impressive way and organised manner.
