According to studies Personal and professional development in the terms of social and
health care they helps to manage growth and learning throughout the career. It is very essential
nowadays to continue the knowledge or learnings as well as developing skills and along with this
continuation of skills and knowledge and keeping all these things up to date and being assure to to
continue the work safely, effectively, legally.

In accordance to studies there are number of responsibilities which are uphold by nurses,

activities these all activities are advised by the finest available evidence but recently their concept
have been broken into three categories this include, evidence- based medicine, health technology
assessment or else clinical practice guideline, these are the guideline by which every evidence is
synthesized for the purpose of decisions in the healthcare sector. Such kind of activities achieve
their inputs from disciplines for example health economics,clinical epidemiology, and research as
well as health services research. The term best practice they are the framework for the maintaining,
classification, or efficiency and furthermore improving effectiveness and its classification in the
health care systems. Professio9nal standards they demonstrate the adequate levels of the care in
each and ever phase of nursing process, this is a level of performance in which actual performance
of the nurse could be compared. These standards are very important for the specific profession
because they do promote clinical practices and guidelines, in addition they do provide estimating
tools for measuring the safety and clinical proficiency, thus these standard best practices they play a
vital role in the nursing phase, or else in social and healthcare sectors. Differing personal
experiences, beliefs, values between the group of individuals this could affect peoples, how they
feel around about one another this might lead to conflicts, because this becomes very necessary to
respect each other as well as to respect each other views and peoples should try not to interfere in
others working practice. In addition, nurses they never judge their patients on behalf of their past
experiences , they always treat them with whole compassion and sup[port them mentally and
emotionally. Nurse because they are compassionate and non judgemental it becomes very easy for

them to communicate well with the patients and to understand their point of view therefore this
helps in reduction of conflicts as well as increase compromise.

Working as a healthcare professional in nursing staff I had many responsibilities towards number of
patients suffering from illness . The role as a nurse is mentioned below.
To determine patients requirements and what kind of help they need.
Creating positive atmosphere in order to provide psychological support.
resolving patient's obstacles or problems.
Providing them mentally as well as emotionally support.
Responsibilities – There are several responsibilities of nurse towards the patients they are like I
used to prepare my patient's for the examination on the daily basis helps them perform their
diagnostic routine checks everyday such as monitor pulse, temperature or else blood pressure. I
used to give drugs to the patients timingly or intravenous infusions according to my shifts. I used
to monitor my patients and maintain their records based on their health conditions. I had
responsibility to handle administer workloads even though due to the busy schedule I used to treat
in medical emergencies too. The process of reflective practice they assure to keep their standards
in a continuation of circumstances such as environment change and children, in this process during
the reflect one must be aware of several approaches how they should be used and or how they could
be changed or else how they could be developed. Such kind of practice are those which enhance
skills and and knowledge and this also could improve the qualities of a service (Karageorgeand et.
al. 2019) This practices are very essential to develop new skills on the other hand they helps
individuals to face challenges and making decisions timely and along with this managing
relationships and emotions. Reflecting on several work activities this is fantastic way of improving
knowledge and skills because this practice devotes breathing space so that that person could stand
and this identifies how things are done or how they could be improved. This is a very informative
process which could helps in managing situations and later on its reflection give insights, how
improvements are made in both phases personally and professionally as well as how to gain a
proper experience. Reflective practice may improve different ways of working, they expands
leader's as self awareness and further they do brings rigour to the communication skills and to
critical thinking. Reflective practice this barely assist professional and personal development and
growth and this is quite helpful in enhancing outcomes. This process is mainly linked with the

what they are doing, what happened , and after this they decide what differently they have to do.
The term performance evaluation is upon the individuals assigned duties of job for example

varieties mentioned below;
Top – down review – This statement directly puts supervisor in charge of process, and in this
process managers and executes can also be involved. The supervisor's in a direct manner their
involvement is very essential in order to maintain working relationship with the group of
employee's (Klaeijsen,Vermeulen and Martens 2018).
Peer review – In this process all the employees are evaluated by different or other co- workers. This
process is very beneficial because at the same level co- workers and employees they both
understand their job, these are like challenges and faced and performed day to day and this leads to
the finest way of management. Performance evaluation they are very beneficial and important
opportunities for both managers and employees expectations which are to be clarified and
reinforced. Being a nurse I had learnt that key skills are quite essential to understand ,
understanding own skills and learning and working on performance and how could principles are
generalised in the future for the process of learning, bringing enhancement and development in the
own performance and learning this is known as meta skill. This is mainly based on three stages
such as monitoring progress,developing strategy, as well as estimating performance which are used
to develop key skills and the learning skills generally. The improving skills is all about enhancing
own learning and practice as well, as performances of monitoring they mostly adopt the strategies
which helps in achieving best quality of outcomes. This section is based on improving of
information technology and communication and performance. Receiving feedback this is a best
way to evaluate the performance. If there are positive feedbacks this helps to that working is well
on the other hand negative feedbacks helps peoples to know where they need to improve.
