INTRODUCTION In organization, leaders play important role in development managing and maintaining work as well as employees. In this competitive era, leaders are one who makes effective decisions making process. Leaders are only able to perform when they use appropriate type of leadership skills. In business, without leaders and managers, work cannot be carried out. This presentation is based on leadership and skills which is used by leader to achieve the results or goals. TASK 1 Inorganization,leadersplayimportantroleindevelopmentmanagingand maintaining work as well as employees. In this competitive era, leaders are one who make effective decisions making process. Leaders are only able to perform when they use appropriate type of leadership skills. In business, without leaders and managers, work cannot be carried out. This is based on leadership and skills which is used by leader to achieve the results or goals. Effectiveness of leadership skills & importance of good business manager An effective leadership refers to skill in which one isable to achieve goals, carry out organization vision. When effective leadership is being adopted, it is easier tomake decisions in management in appropriate way. In context with Amazon, leader of firm use his leadership style in such a way that everything is done with proper consideration(Sousa, 2019).Then a business manager is one who has responsibility of accountability, increasing productivity, manages all work criteria. A good business manager make ensure that all resources, strength is being used in most efficient manner. Moreover, a good manager works with mutual coordination, cooperation with aim of accomplishing objectives in correct way.Also, to become a manager two way communication, accessing of information and focused in weak area is required. This has been also when manager have deep impact on organisational development & overall achievement of management. It is duty of HR to make ensure power is given to managers who are able to work in efficient way. Role played by Amazon leader Amazon is multinational corporation, is diversified company deals in varieties of products. The leader of Amazon who is Jeff Bezos play most important role in development of organizationalvision as well as mission. He is responsible for all the processes that occur during process of management.According to him, he believes that personnel are crucial assets of firm which are tobe properly managed at every aspect (Cain, 2019). with Amazon, they have a been always in supportive with their employees, staff which increases their goodwill.Leaders as well as mangers both allows subordinates to enjoy freedom of expression. They provides authority to personnel to do the work with their own ideas and strategies.It has been also analyses that leadership is to be considered as most crucial component without which it is difficult to motivate employees top do work. Leadership style/ skills of Jeff Bezos A leadership style is a leader's method of providing direction, implementing plans, and motivating people. Various authors have proposed identifying many different leadership styles as exhibited by leaders in the political, business. The leader of Amazon, Jeff Bezos uses his leadership style with use of deep understanding of management, market so that objectives are achieved properly. So, he uses transformational leadership in which he is committed towards followers. In transformational leadership, Jeff Bezos make ensure that all promises, goals and expectation of employees, followers are fulfilled in appropriate manner (Griffiths, 2018). Transformational leadership It is a leadership style in which it encourages and motivate personnel with aim to change & implement effective strategies for development of organization (Matthews, 2018). With help of this style, it unpin agile environment at workplace. This leadership also includes qualities of charisma, inspirational motivation, individualized considerationand intellectual stimulation. It is being examined that they Amazon is multinational corporation who work with ethics, morale,& is focused towards their consumer & shareholders.With use of this style, Jeff Bezos direct & guides employees to be loyal, committed towards their roles. Because it will help in completion of work without facing any problem or issue. A transformational leader always known for creating a fascinating vision of the future which influences the mind and heart of people positively. So, if we observe, then we find that Bezos believes in linking company’s long term goals to people’s values and created an interest and commitment to act on the vision driving team efforts beyond ordinary possibilities. It can be seen from the growth of the company- Amazon which is the result of his ability to envision, inspire and innovate even when others didn’t believe in his vision. But, still need to work on major parts like working environment and listening people’s opinions too. So, there is an area of improvement for Bezos. He needs to coordinate his two basic leadership style to gain the best results.
