INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development plan were made in order to recognise the necessary
skills which were needed to be successful in the future employability and take initiative to
improve the skills gap. Personal and professional development serve as the career growth and
action plan which a learner and individual developed to made himself/herself more competent in
their field of interest. Therefore the following personal and professional plan rapport represent an
individual experience in developing career plan within an interested organisation to a particular
field of specialisation. A learner create the personal and professional plan in order to demonstrate
the key skills which a student need to be successful in the human resource management function
which is the flourishing core of the work in the international business (Kydd, Crawford and
Riches, 2017). Career plan is a component of the self-directed knowledge and reflection of the
personal strength and weakness which will assist more in preparing for the future employability.
Gibbs model of reflection is also consider in the second task in order to demonstrate personal and
professional skills development for the career plan.

Gibbs Reflective cycle
There are many reflective model are available but the Gibbs reflective model contributes to
effective development and general skills development by creating outstanding challenges. In this
regard, the VARK questionnaire is supportive in looking at personal development practices that
are useful to my employment skills. In line with this, by being a good training and development
manager and also a leader in the organization my job is to analyse and work effectively with my
colleagues and through this, I have seen through many things and faced various challenges
(Sergeeva, 2019)(Weller, 2019). As a result, I lead to developing a general learning experience
that is useful to me in terms of improving my knowledge and personal and professional skills.
