INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is used to improvise working standards and its
possibility through which ability to manage and control suitable range of benefit is pertained
with perfection. It is an aspect under which skills and knowledge is improvised with better
working potential through which working environment and its credibility both get enlarged in
sustained mode (Nisha and Rajasekaran, 2018). It is also being referred to the ethics which is
followed in respect to manage various complex situations and also foster professional change in
life. The report below is based on the reflection which is processed with support of Gibbs
reflective cycle. It provide supportive evaluation of required skills and experience which
contribute employability and study skills as per relation to time and self management, problem
solving skills, use of ICT, communication skills, research skills, teamwork and networking.

Employability and study skills is the basis prospect that is used to achieve higher
working standards so that working possibility and its attentiveness both get controlled and
favoured in balanced manner. These skills collectively assist to achieve long term credibility as

Gibbs reflective cycle
It is a cycle that is used to reflect personal learning as by exploring all the native
experience through which working proficiency and its productivity both get advanced in better
manner. However, it also reflect the learning capability and all the possibility through which
better understanding is perceived with better clarity through which credibility to achieve
effectual success in future period of instance is pertain with comfort. It is essential and required
for an individual to address overall working credibility through which both strength and
weakness get analysed in profitable manner. The performance and productiveness only get
embraced when working loopholes get resolved in timely constrained and it is only perceived
