Personal and professional development is well defined process through which anindividual engage in the direction of learning to face the challenges and achieve the desired goal.It is commonly linked with the development needs of personnel as well the whole group (Avalos,2011). In this context, analysis of personal skills have been that provides a clear understandingthe about the process to followed for the improvement of particular skills. Various objectives arealso developed which provides a direction to the individual for creation of career developmentplan. Apart from this, Some specific research models have explained in this report which clearlyreflects the evidence behind the development and improvement of particular skill in order toachieve success in personal and professional life.Analysis of management skill for the development.From the analysis of present job market, it is analysed that there are various opportunitiesof job in the multinational and small business enterprise in the human resource department(Tarrant, 2013). In this scenario, I can clearly define my vision of getting a job as humanresource officer. It is considered as the highly skilled job that requires various competencies andskills. It is also recognised with the appropriate abilities there is a need of proper knowledge andattitude to accomplish the job well. The most significant skills which are needed for this postlike decision making, leadership, negotiation, interpersonal and problems solving skills etc(Moon, 2013). Apart from this, it has been identified that the most significant skill which isrequired to perform the job of human resource officer is decision making skills which I have tomanage the work and resolving critical problems within the organization. The main goal behindthe development of this is to get this key position and also to develop a successful career inhuman resource management. After the completion of my post graduation in the field of HR,presently I am pursuing training in a business firms which is regulating in retail sector namedB&M retail.
