While conducting this project which is based on corporate social responsibilities me able to analyze my skills and abilities. I also able to know that some of my skills can be denoted as strengths whereas some are my weakness and I need to improve them. This is so because through that I able to conduct my work or project properly in future. From all these skills my strength skills are communication both verbal as well as written, team work and problem solving skills. This I get to know when I started conducting work in team I determine that I effectively communicate or interact with other as well as me properly able to make other understand what I
want to say. Moreover my other teams members also appraise me for my skills that I effectively communicate with them as well as they also tell me that they like to share their felling with me. This show that I also have proper team working skills as I properly interact with members as well as I also take suggestion from them and I also appraise them when I like their perspective on any topic. Along with this, I also understand problems of my team members as well as I also provide them appropriate suggestion to overcome issues which they are facing, due to my skill my team members appreciate me and they like to share their problems with me(Gurayaand Chen, 2019). This is so because they believe that I will provide them effective as well as appropriate advice for resolving issues effectively. On the other hand, I have some skills which are my weaknesses such as research skills, use of information technology and time and self-management. These are my weak point I get to know when I am gathering information or data related to the project, I analyze that I am not able to collect most appropriate as well as authenticate information for the project. After that when me and my team members are develop presentation for project I understand that I am also lacking in information technology skills because I didn’t know much about how to make presentation. In addition to this, I also decide to apply some theories and models in order to analyze my experiences in whole project such as Gibbs reflective model, Kolb’s learning model and many more. I used Gibbs reflective model which is developed by Graham Gibbs who is American Sociologist and Psychologist in year 1988(McDonaghand et. al., 2019). This model is generally used by an individual in order to evaluate as well as determine their experiences related to specific project, event or situations. It consists of several phases which provided assistance to an individual in enlisting the experiences as well as learning drawn by individuals over the course of time while carrying out an academic or business activity. Thus, the stages of this model of reflection are explained as follows:-

Description:This stage is concerned with providing an overview of the overall experience, whether good or bad, drawn by a person during the execution of an activity. In this regard, I was once given a task to work in groups to carry out a project over Corporate Social Responsibility. I was assigned as the team leader for the group as my supervisor recognized my strong leadership and communication skills. I duly distributed the roles and duties related to the CSR project within the members as per their interests as well as the expertise. Feelings:This stage lays down all the feelings that are encountered by a person while executing a project(Weller, 2019). In relation to the CSR project, it can be said thatthe responsibility of serving as the team leader made me conscious at first. However, my strong written and verbal communication skills provided assistance to me in setting coordination between the members. Evaluation:This stage enlists the good and bad things related to a project. In this regard, I have realized that my strong communication and team working skills were quite handy in setting coordination between the members of the group. Further, ICT was used by me to collect information from a wide range of valid and reliable sources. Time management skill of mine helped me as well as the team in duly submitting the project before the deadline. Conclusion:On the basis of above stages, this phase enlists the inferences. Thus, I can state that some of the skills of mine were strong and supported the group in duly carrying out the project. Such skills were time management, researching, use of ICTs, leadership and communication. Opposed to this, my ineffective problem solving skills at times created issues for the group during the emergence of conflicts between the members. Action Plan:This phase of the reflective model stipulates the measures which would be taken by an individual while carrying out a similar project or activity in future course of time (Rockman, 2019). I have acknowledged that my problem solving skills were not quite effective during the group task. Thus, I would seek guidance from my supervisors regarding the ways through which I can enhance my problem solving skills. With this, I will be able to execute a group project work in a better manner in future period. By conducting Gibbs reflective model I able determine that while conducting project I go through several ups and downs which teach me that for conducting a project several skills are required such as research skills, use of information technology, team work, time and self- management, communication skills, team building skills and many more. Moreover, it is
essential for me it is essential to develop as well as polish these skills so that I can develop my future in effective as well as successful manner. CONCLUSION By analyzing above discussed point it can be determined and summarize that for every individual it is necessary to develop personal and professional as that will help in building as well as maintaining a successful career. In this employability and study skills plays major role as through that they can conduct their work properly which lead to attainment of predetermined goal as well as objective in successful manner.
