INTRODUCTION
The following report is based upon personal and professional development plan. This is a
powerful plan which is used by an individual to evaluate his own skills and abilities. It is helpful
in improving the performance as well as management of a person in achieving the goals of life. It
is important to develop skills as well as motivation in order to manage the presence among the
competitiveness world (BUZYL and et.al, 2021). The continuous personal and professional
development plan provides a person opportunity to grow his career and personal skills in regular
intervals. There is need for all individuals working in different professionals to focus upon their
own skills as well as abilities so that they can know in which area they have to improve
themselves. The following report consists of personal professional development plan, continuous
personal professional development plan along with swot analysis (Hallam, 2010). This will
provide analysis for adapting the business opportunities and improving coaching staff as well as
counselling. The smart objectives off the individual followed in this report are mentioned below:
To enhance the abilities off business management within a year
To improve communication skills within six months
Introduction to PPD
PPD is defined as plan which consist of skills and abilities of a person. There is also evaluation
of weakness of any individual. This plan is particularly made for managing the web which can be
used to it hands these skills. Opposing professional development plan thought any individual
helps him too present himself in front of companies in more better manner (Jasur,2021). The
evaluation of continuous learning process is used for managing the achievement off desired
objectives and goals. There is collaboration between both T needs and requirements off an
individual or a group for enhancing betterment of future.
This is a self-reflection of a person professional development plan. Some of the different
professional skills which are considered within the self-development plan includes managerial
skills, leadership skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and many more (Meakin,
2021). These have to be developed effectively in order to manage the long term planning. There
is requirement of effective support, guidance and advertising for the employees in order to meet
the needs and demands properly. The personal professional development plan includes the
apprenticeship which is involved with the UN experienced person and managing the learning
tricks of business. PDP is a very important and useful development process will stop it enhances
