Leadership is a process of social influence, which maximizes the efforts of
others, towards the achievement of a goal. Leadership stems from social
influence, not authority or power. This report contains issues such as role

Role of leadership in Amazon
Concise-
The CEO that is Jeff Bezos has made his own rules and works on the
basis of his own style. Changes are made by him so that level of
productivity and innovation in the company can be maximized. For
instance in any meetings of the company power point presentations are
not allowed it is because they work with a different approach which
states that if there are no presentations then the members in the team and
employees present in the meeting will come up with new ways and ideas.
