INTRODUCTION
Leadership style is most important factor which is used for managing the people working in
the organisation. It is seen that great leaders possess effective leadership helps entrepreneurs to
keep track on their activities and work properly for company’s success. In the following report,
there is discussion about the leadership style used by Jeff Bezos who is the CEO of Amazon. He
is a great entrepreneur and involved in bringing new ideas for providing good services to
customers. It is seen that this company is managing services across the world. Jeff Bezos uses
effective leadership style and it is helpful for managing the work. He is involved in managing the
customers by providing good benefits to his employees.

From task 1, it is concluded that leadership style of great leaders is helpful in managing the work
in effective manner and taking care of both employees and customers for success of organisation.
According to me, it is very important for every great leader to use his power and money in
proper manner for making profits in business. I have learnt from just because that a leader must
be e killed and has enough knowledge about the field or area in which he wants to excel. There
are a lot of skills which were developed within me while I was searching about different
leadership styles of leaders (Anderson, and Anderson, 2019). I have done my analysis in order
to know my strengths and weaknesses. In this evaluation, I got to know that my communication
skills are not good. Written communication was up to the mark but my verbal communication
was not very impressive. I must improve my verbal communication as it will help me in
managing work in future. To become a great leader, it is required by me to have good
communication skills so that I can talk to two different people and enhance my way of working.
Also, by using effective communication, I will be able to provide proper guidance to my
employees and subordinates about their roles and responsibilities within business. I worked upon
in improving my communication skills and this has helped me to manage my team in proper

manner. As a leader, my main responsibility is s to ensure that organisational goals and
objectives are achieved within time. Improvement in communication has led in managing my
teammates in effective manner and controlling conflicts properly (Aliona, 2020). I have
achieved success in convincing different people to invest in my business and lead to success of
my organisation. A good leader is involved in managing the work effectively and know what are the
consequences of doing effective work. I have analysed that another important skill which is helpful
for a leader is research skill. For me, it is very important to do the research before making any
decision about anything. I have learnt from just because that conducting a research is always
good because it provides information about consequences of taking any decision and working
upon it. According to him a leader can be successful when he is involved in in knowing pre
knowledge about the work he is doing. While doing this project, I got to know that basically
there are two types of research methods which includes primary and secondary. Both the
researches are important for me to grab more knowledge about the topic for making any
decision. Primary research will help to know the fresh data and on the other hand, secondary
research will provide me information about the topic which is already present within market.
Search for leadership style of Jeff bezos included more of secondary research as It helped me to
know the already existing information about him. In order to conduct the primary research, I
have to interview Jeff Bezos which was not practically possible (Arenas, 2019). I have told my
team members that when any project or task is being conducted, it is essential to conduct a
research because it will help in having pre knowledge about everything and in this way project
goals are accomplished properly.
Also, another skill which is very important for me is time management. This is very important
for me too to develop skill of managing my work within time. I have understood that doing my
work within time should be my priority as it leads to success of achievement of organisational
goal. In order to become a great and successful leader, it is very important for a person to have
good time management. It is ensured by me that I will not waste my time while working upon
any project. Rather, I will focus on dividing the project into various small tasks and prioritising
their completion so that it is easy to achieve the goals in specified time (Hartney, 2020). Time
management leads to self management and it is very important for a great leader to manage the
work properly and achieve organisational targets in time.

I have learnt that it is very important for a person to manage the achieving of success in
projects so that it is easy to make desired results. I have analysed that it is important for me to
choose the best solution for managing the problems which are associated with completion of
tasks.
I have used the reflective model given by Kolb for evaluating my skills and work experience.
This is known as the eighth step module which includes concrete experience, reflective
observation, abstract conceptualization and active experimentation. There are various cases
where problems arise within project, in such cases, I have to manage the situation properly and it
reflect on the completion of project work in proper manner (Hoffower, 2019). I have analysed
that description of experience is important in order to analyse my learnings from past experience.
It is the decision made by me that it is very important for solving the problem and making a good
decision in order to analyse the problem. It is very important for me too you have theoretical
knowledge as well as managerial knowledge about any organisational situation. I have monitored
by experience are performance for knowing what are the problems that occur with my team
members while achieving the goals. There are different individuals who are having various
strengths and weaknesses which are helpful in in making strategies for achieving opportunities
and minimising threats. I have always taking challenges and worked upon projects properly. I
have always been a confident person and managed my work completion by taking help from
various sources. It is very important for me to manage the experience and work properly so that
work is done in an effective manner. I have evaluated my experience of work in order to conduct
the activities properly and attaining goals. I have ensured that there is no problem in my work
and I always offer great deals to my team members while working with them. It is concluded that
it is important that management of all skills and abilities is done properly and effectively in order
to achieve success.
From the above project, it is analysed that there is need of professional and personal
development so that it is easy to achieve the organisational goals (Johnson, 2019). When I was
doing this project, I came across various essential skills required for managing my work and
becoming a successful entrepreneur. It is helpful in managing the work for conducting research
work properly for attaining goals. It is essential for individuals for having own approach of
professional management.

From the above discussion, it is concluded that it is very important for individuals to manage
the working. Great leaders have different skills and abilities for managing the work properly and
attaining goals and objectives. Leadership is very important as it helps in managing the
employees. This is important for the leaders for analysing the skills for achieving organisational
goals and objectives. The report helps in knowing the leadership style of Jeff Bezos. His success
story concludes that it is very important to manage the skills for achieving goals. There is
reflective learning process for continuous development of professional skill in an individual. I
have concluded that all my work is done properly so that achievement of all goals is possible.
