Leadership style is most important factor which is used for managing the people working in
the organisation. It is seen that great leaders possess effective leadership helps entrepreneurs to
keep track on their activities and work properly for company’s success. In the following report,
there is discussion about the leadership style used by Jeff Bezos who is the CEO of Amazon. He
is a great entrepreneur and involved in bringing new ideas for providing good services to

From task 1, it is concluded that leadership style of great leaders is helpful in managing the work
in effective manner and taking care of both employees and customers for success of organisation.
According to me, it is very important for every great leader to use his power and money in
proper manner for making profits in business. I have learnt from just because that a leader must
be e killed and has enough knowledge about the field or area in which he wants to excel. There
are a lot of skills which were developed within me while I was searching about different
leadership styles of leaders (Anderson, and Anderson, 2019). I have done my analysis in order
to know my strengths and weaknesses. In this evaluation, I got to know that my communication
skills are not good. Written communication was up to the mark but my verbal communication
was not very impressive. I must improve my verbal communication as it will help me in
managing work in future. To become a great leader, it is required by me to have good
communication skills so that I can talk to two different people and enhance my way of working.
Also, by using effective communication, I will be able to provide proper guidance to my
employees and subordinates about their roles and responsibilities within business. I worked upon
in improving my communication skills and this has helped me to manage my team in proper

upon it. According to him a leader can be successful when he is involved in in knowing pre
knowledge about the work he is doing. While doing this project, I got to know that basically
there are two types of research methods which includes primary and secondary. Both the
researches are important for me to grab more knowledge about the topic for making any
decision. Primary research will help to know the fresh data and on the other hand, secondary
research will provide me information about the topic which is already present within market.

good time management. It is ensured by me that I will not waste my time while working upon
any project. Rather, I will focus on dividing the project into various small tasks and prioritising
their completion so that it is easy to achieve the goals in specified time (Hartney, 2020). Time
