INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development known as
the most important concept which involves the
improvement of skills and knowledge of a single
person that helps them in order to give their
performance in an effective manner. In this report,
issues linked with Paramount Hotel’s workplace
will be analysed in this report.
WORK BASED ISSUES
When company and its employee are sharing and
working together on firm related project, then there
can be some issues are happened. It is essential to
resolve and sort every problem in very effective
manner and in less time to attain sound growth in
future. Some things are needed to be memorised
about problems or conflicts which can occur all
time and facilitates good opportunity to enhance the
system and relationship among workers as well.
Work-based problems: every organisation are
facing some various types of problems in different
activities and for it they are using some strategy in
effective manner. These may not have related with
issues which can happened between their workers
but they are related with formation of objective,
arrange them as well as monitoring and tracking or
controlling. These conflicts are powerful to make
direct impact on productivity of organisation along
with their worker’s consistency for their job.
Improve communication skill: employees need to have effective
communication skills in an organisation. Sound level of
communication helps in making profitable relation among employees
and authorities. It also facilitates in order to framing positive
effective in their minds and also gives assistance to convey their
ideas to other person in very effective manner.
Providing training and learning to employees: work force is the
prominent key in the organisation which facilitates strength to
achieve desired result in sufficient manner. In regard of skills
enhancement, organisation provides learning session to their
employee which helps in order to improve their working ability and
skills according to needs to company.
Analysis and recognise different skills: It is essential to analyse and
tracking their improved skills and working techniques that helps in
enhancement of current and future requirement. This will give
chance to have their desired result and perform other project in
effective manner.
In this poster, this can be concluded
that employee of Paramount Hotel has
some issues linked with their working
environment and other factors. This is
essential to solve issues in order to
meet outcome effectively and avoid
conflicts. Thus, manager need to make
judgements through analyzing the
situation in order to sustain in
competitive business industry.
CONCLUSION
Hence for this, organization required to know and understand how to manage them all and reduce it with the
help of various planning. Issues can be rises between employee and management or among workers may be
also in between costumers and employee too in order to communication and information which is providing
to them by company. Hence to reduce them organization should take effective step.
