INTRODUCTION Employability skills requires to be presented in each and every individual so that they can achieve number of opportunities in future career perspective. There are lots of organizations determines employment skills that must present in individuals at a time of hiring and recruitment process so that right talent can be selected for specified job positioning. Employability and academic skills include various skills i.e. communication, interpersonal, research, analytical skills and others that must present in individuals so that these can give high contribution towards growth and success of company. This report is reflection that will discuss over study and employability skills which will develop while evaluating leadership’s skills and styles of successful business leader. Task-1

However, I have faced various challenges while working on my project such as I was not enabling to perform different tasks within team and in a time unable to resolve issues which were facing during project. So, Gibb’s reflective model will use to evaluate different study and employability skills that have developed and improved while evaluating leadership styles that are applied by Jeff Bezos to manage resources as well as people effectively within company so that desirable outcomes can be received. This model comprises six stages that are mentioned as follows: Description: In academic period my teacher assigned me a research project that was based on Jeff Bezos various leadership styles which have used to promote other people in order to work in efficient manner so that better outcomes can be collected. However, I get to know about various skills that already present in me while conducting research. Even others have to be developed so that they can achieve their future goals. Assigned project was made quite effective as compared others after management of time and hard work. Thus, I aware about myself that I have ability to manage time and myself effectively. Feelings: I really feel too enthusiastic, satisfied and happy to know about different leadership styles that are practiced by successful leader Jeff Bezos for leading it’s team so that organization can fulfil it’s all goals and objectives within time deadline (Asghar and Oino, 2017). This project has improved my existing skills, for which I unaware and brings high understanding in me about different employability skills that are needed by individuals to achieve advantage of all opportunities in future career. I am really happy to
know that leaders require to have various skills i.e. communication skills, interpersonal skills, decision-making skills, influencing abilities and social skills (Pullman, 2018). While preparing this project I felt that there have some skills, from which I am lacking behind that makes me disappointed. So, I have decided to improve some skills which I do nothave.ButwhenIwilldeveloptheseskillsthatwillsupportingrowthand development for future career perspectives. Evaluation:By making project I realized that there were some good skills which I have such as good verbal communication skills, research skills and ICT skills which supported me to conduct research quickly. But I also have faced some challenges while preparing project i.e. inability to communicate other through written form, weak ability to promote others or work as team so that desirable results can be gained (Sekarwinahyu and et.al., 2018). Apart from this, I also have felt challenge in resolving some of the issues that we have faced while preparing presentation, so I have learnt such skill because I know it will support to grow in future career. Me and my team are not enabled to distribute work or communicate with each other’s which have led some challenges in management but my time management skill has made our team to be prepared project on time so that effective outcomes can be achieved. Analysis: From the above discussion can be analysed that there are numerous skills that canbedevelopedandimprovedwhilepreparingpresentationi.e.creative, communication skills, time management, ability to work in team as well as problem- solving abilities so that effective decisions can be taken within timeframe and cost infrastructure. I have examined that individuals’ posses’ limited knowledge and time but when they work as a team in that state different skills and development of individuals can be applied to perform specific functions effectively. There are various companies’ managerspracticesdifferentleadershipstylesinordertomotivateandpromotes individuals to put more efforts in the workplace so that desirable outcomes can be attained (Yasir and Mohamad,2016). In addition, I have analysed that I require to develop some key areas i.e. team management skills, problem-solving skills and written communication (Salter, Douglas and Kember, 2017). These skills will support me perform different functions in both perspectives professional and personal.
