SWOT analysis
Strengths: I have a great communications skill which helps in communicating me with my
employees and colleagues. It helps in dealing with people coming from diverse background and
ethnicity. Having communication skills made it easy to form a link between top management and
the employees. Communication skills are important in explaining my side of perspective to the
people sitting on the other side if the table. It helps in understand their point of view and offering
them ideas and way out from different problems. Having communication skills have helped me
connect with more people easily which leads to a comfortable work space. Along with this, I am
a good problem solver individual. I can find appropriate solutions of issues related to my area of
expertise. It helps in dealing with complex tasks which are taking time to solve by the other team
members (Gürel, and Tat, 2017). Being a good problem solver increases my value and boosts up
my confidence. My educational qualification and knowledge is my biggest strength which makes
me stand out from other individuals. I have hands on experience with few projects which adds up
in my experience. I have a string confidence level. It helps me able to interact with other people
in a positive manner. My confidence helps me to change the mindset of people into following the
right thing. Confidence helps me handle the negative times and finding opportunities to gain
better ways to develop personally and professionally. Along with this I have good leadership
skills. I can handle and mange a group of people into directing them towards the right path and
motivate them to keep their morale high.
Weakness: One of my main weaknesses is that I cannot multi task. Having more than two
numbers tasks to complete in the same deadline makes me worry a lot. In this process of multi
task I cannot even do one task properly because I feel my attention is divided into completing
them rather than performing better. I also cannot make proper decisions. I being very confused
cannot make a single decision because I feel that what if the decision I avoided will be the best
for the situation. This way I am not able to come to a strong decision which affects my job role.
Along with this, I also feel that I should work more on my technical skills. Technology grew up
with me but it is difficult for me to keep up with the advancements in the technology. Everything
runs on digitalisation mode in this modern world which makes me stand at the back because of

my lack in Information Technology. I am able to make reports which involve the use of
technology. This makes me impatient which is obviously not good for my behaviour. To achieve
my personal goals I should become more patience which will help in staying calm during tough
situations.
Opportunity: As being an individual there are several opportunities which I am having
and this happens because since I am having a proper understanding about my requirements and
therefore due to which I am able to schedule my working accordingly. While also since I am
having a proper understanding about the utilization approaches of technological advancements.
Therefore with this approach I can ensure that I am being able to take appropriate measures, by
which my overall working capability can be improved (Chamorro and et.al, 2021). This overall
significance of the learning approach increases drastically because of the fact that I am able to
choose the appropriate path to gain knowledge base. With this I can guarantee that I am being
able to achieve the new concepts that can be implemented within the current working process. It
is an effective approach because with this approach I can take suitable measures for the target
achievement and also with this I can guarantee that I am being able to improve my performance
within the academic career as well (Vlados, 2019). While also the academic career empowers me
to gain sufficient amount of knowledge and understanding by which I am being provided an
ability to check the overall effectiveness of my learning. This is being achieved because of the
resources and guidance which I am having within the academic career in which I can also discuss
the issues with the professions during my academic career time span. This improves my
performance within the academic career and will increase the chances of goal achievement.
Threat: As being an individual perusing the academic career I have to guarantee that I am
being able to achieve a proper understanding about the learning which I am achieving within the
academic career. This is a high level threat because since in the current time market competition
is being increased drastically and due to which if I am not having a proper understanding about
the core concepts. The therefore my performance within the professional career will also be
affected. While also there are several associated threats as well which have to be faced by me
and this happens because of the fact that. In the current time professional are changing the
approaches of performing tasks (Crick and et.al, 2020). Therefore because of this a high
performance gap is being created in the level of coaching which is being taught within the
