INTRODUCTION
Reflection is considered as one of the most important process that effectively aid in overall
improvement within an individual (Deveugele, M., 2015). Along with this with the help of this
process individual can effectively able to have understanding related to their strength as well as
weakness related to their working with an aim to make further improvement in them as to
increase efficiency of their process in organisation (Tattum and Tattum, 2017). In this
assignment formative discussion has been made on skills that are required by an individual for
growth and development. In this assignment single skill has been discussed which is essential
from individual perspective (Kurtz, Draper and Silverman, 2017). In addition with this theory
has also been included in this report as to make improvement in skill level in order to perform
task in best effective manner.

Reflection
According to me the skill which acts as most essential element for an individual is
communication skill. As the skill allow person to transfer their ideas, emotion, facts, and feelings
to other as to ensure that transformation of information has been effectively done in
understandable manner. In other words, it can be said that the receiver should receive and
understand the message in the same form in which the senders has sent it to the receiver. It has
been determined that this skill is vital for development of an individual as it identified
significance of Information and ability within an individual life (Körkkö, Kyrö-Ämmälä and
Turunen, 2016). There are numerous aptitudes and skills that effectively encourage an individual
to fulfil their goals and objective. The distinction will be made in the view of various individuals
with respect to the significance of abilities throughout their life. Thus, according to me
communication skill is one of the most important skill in a person’s life as with the adoption of
this skill in best effective manner individual can able to perform their task in extra ordinary way
