1. Introduction
The personal development plan is really getting assist to think about where the
person wants to be and what they want to do. This can be useful to think in terms of
different length of times as for example one month six-month, one year and five
years. This will be also helpful to make the individual vision as well as detailed idea
of possibilities, across all of the spheres of life and career, that where individual
wants to live their hobbies and relationship. The detail person can get include right
down to how they feel about that (Alt and Raichel, 2020). This is easier to get hold
the personal vision when the times are harder. This personal development plan also
provides a detailed understanding of the skills that needs to get develop in order to
achieve the person vision. Due to this is important to make sure that, skills the
person is targeting are clearly well associated to the purpose. Now further discussion
about the report is what are the value of different aspects of goals like- short term,
long term and medium term as well as description of personal development plan will
