The employability and personal development means skills
and attitude of the employee. These are qualification that
fulfil the requirement of the company. Employability skills
means skills that make a person capable to become a
potential employee (Gorman and Pauleen, 2016).

Employability is related to the particular set of knowledge
and skills that assets and person to become employee of
the company. The personal skills mean skills that a person
a carry with them, these skills can be communication
skills, leadership skills and even flexibility skills. In this
report we will discuss the self assessment and provide the
strength and weakness analysis of ourself.

weakness of my personal skills.

more effective. My strength lies in communication skills

to manage the accounting of the firm, I need to have better and
effective communication, lack of communication can lead me to
