1. Programme aim
The programme aims to evaluate the skills and capabilities of an individual require to build interpersonal
skills in improving personal and professional performance. Professional standards in competitive industries
such as oil and gas, or supply chain need certain recognition of individual strengths and weaknesses to
consider new options in improving work practices to accomplish their targets and objectives.

Forensic mental health services work with assessing the mental health of the individual to plan treatment of
people following any mental disorder or have a history of a criminal offence. It requires professional to work
on good communication between the psychiatrist, member of the team, patient and other stakeholders.
However, the career development in this regard is very important; it requires time and effort of the
individual to while working on occupational therapists. The industry is associated with different elements to
perform different types of forensic evaluation, for example, an emotional injury, the right to fitness and
insanity defence (Chhetri et al., 2016).
It is found that many industrialised countries have established their system to place and treat mentally ill
offenders in facilities and services within the healthcare system to follow an integrated scheme of
psychiatric care. It involves different models, concepts, and specialised services to manage the quality of
care across the world. They include economically struggling society to work on different phases to work on
different stages following the ongoing process to establish a personalised service for mentally ill offenders.
The purpose behind the paper is to work on the preparation and the implementation process of service while
establishing new forensic psychiatric to work on struggling society with limited mental health care
infrastructure based on individual experience in the industry (Dreibelbis, et al., 2018). The key component

- To consider client based on an overwhelming offender with the pathology of psychiatric
- To contribute therapeutic targeting of mental disorder or offender behaviour following psychiatric

- To follow the configuration of patient pathology, criminal activity, therapeutic intervention, legal
issues, and custodial care to build formidable and improve the knowledge base
- To work on an advocacy role in other nursing capabilities while embracing DE stigmatisation and
decriminalisation of the patient group (Sergi, et al., 2016).
The challenges in the forensic mental health industry for the future are as followed,

element, interpersonal development, following spiritual and cultural background, psychosexual and

works on mental healthcare practices to involve criminal justice system, though this method is complex and
multifaceted, there are different types of quality care to work on essential components to provide service and
support involved in criminal justice legal system based on incarceration, civil commitment, probation, and
problem-solving court involvement. The stakeholders in this regard include police officers, emergency
dispatch officer, security officers, firefighter, paramedics, and medical technology and another professional
to control the situation (Hinings et al., 2015).
The standards aligned with forensic mental health care professional is to help the beneficiary with the
production of a customized arrangement to help manage the person toward building up the abilities required
to achieve explicit targets and objectives relating to relational connections, versatile working and exercises
of day by day living, and profession advancement, to give some examples. It likewise helps patients with
finding proper assets, instructs the individual aptitudes to decrease emotional well-being connected
