INTRODUCTIONPersonal development plan is the process that covers the activities of improving skills andqualities of individual. It is the way for people to identify their talent and build their knowledge,by enhance the quality of life and lead to maximize their potential for perceive dreams andaspiration (Shariq, Mukhtar and Anwar, 2019).The present report is based onknowledge and skills in leadership as well as in strategicmanagement. The report will cover the various activities of improving personal growth such asidentify knowledge and skills of leadership and strategic management, Theories of leadership,contribution of other factors for achieving the personal and organizational vision and strategy.Moreover, report will develop audit and personal development plan. It will also evaluatethe key factors needed to gain the commitment of internal stakeholders when communicatingvision.
