INTRODUCTION Personal development plan is the process that covers the activities of improving skills andqualities of individual. It is the way for people to identify their talent and build their knowledge,by enhance the quality of life and lead to maximize their potential for perceive dreams andaspiration (Shariq, Mukhtar and Anwar, 2019). The present report is based on knowledge and skills in leadership as well as in strategicmanagement. The report will cover the various activities of improving personal growth such asidentify knowledge and skills of leadership and strategic management, Theories of leadership,contribution of other factors for achieving the personal and organizational vision and strategy. Moreover, report will develop audit and personal development plan. It will also evaluatethe key factors needed to gain the commitment of internal stakeholders when communicatingvision. Lastly, report will assess the benefits of review and different tools that how these toolscan be used for the achievement of personal as well as organisational strategy. TASK 1Knowledge and skills in leadership and strategic management Leadership style is helping to managing the group of people in order to achieving goalsand objectives. Thus, leader is the one who motivate and support the employees in order tocomplete the task. There are different skills and knowledge of leader which require toperforming the particular task and objective of strategic management which described as followsCommunication skillsIt is essential skill which require for communicating the new ideas withemployees. Contribution of other factors Strategic management and leadership is refers to a manager's potential to express astrategicvision for the organization, or a part of the organization, and to motivate and encourageemployees to accomplish that vision. There are some other factors which helps to achieveorganizational vision and strategy which described as - Continues developments – This is the factor which determine that continues development intheir skills and knowledge is helps to achieving the goal and objective of the organization. Positive attitude – This factor is described that positive attitude towards the work helps to aligntheir activities to a clearly defined mission and vision and make strategic decisions based onsound data and proven practices (Choy and Chua, 2019). Timely decision - leader have ability to take the decision on timely so this factor helps tocomplete the work. Thus, right decision creates the huge impact on the business performance asit aids to achieving the long and short term objectives of enterprise. Collaborative style - This factor build the network and manage the conflicts and change. It alsofacilitates the team collaboration in order to take decision and solving problem.
