INTRODUCTION
Personal development is termed as the constant procedure that will involve several plan of
actions that helps the person to enhance their abilities, services and prospective for facilitates
them to increase the manner of life. As there are various formal and informal plan of actions that
will help the person to create the abilities. As also there are various practices to get encourage the
positive growth at various level of group. Several academic set of the skills that will lead the
person to become skilful learner (Yu, and et.al., 2020). Personal growth of abilities to develop
the confidence in the person to facilitate them to take part in various activities without any
uncertainty. As there are adequate term of arranging the plan of actions for execution of policies
to involve the adequate plan of actions that are based on values, awareness, goals and terms of
values in particular field of area. This report will involve the concept of personal and
professional growth that are related with short, medium and long term goals. It also involve the
personal growth and its importance of purposes in personal and professional development in
context to the person that will cover in this report.
TASK
Concept of personal and professional development
Personal and professional development is termed as the procedure that provide the various
terms of facilities to the person and management to involve in various plan of actions in respect
to meet all the challenges and increase the desirable targets and aims in an effective manner. As
there are various abilities and capabilities like leadership skills, time management, effective
presentation and stress management that will help in achieving personal and professional set of
targets (Chun, and et.al., 2021). Personal development is termed as the procedure to measure the
abilities and sense of knowledge of the person in an efficient manner for the purpose of
improving quality of life. Improvement of personal abilities to help in attaining the targets and
aims by creating and executing the suitable growth strategies that are related to the career field
like education and job etc. Personal development increase the manner of the skills to enjoy
quality life. Personal development goals are created after measuring the current skills as per to
the future desires to attain the desirable targets.

Concept of short term goals and three examples
Short term goals are termed as the goals that are the person want to attain in further set of
period. By setting the goal is termed to be an essential task to achieve them in definite period of
time by having effectiveness and efficiency (Luciani, and et.al., 2020). Short term goals are
defined as the short period targets as they are perform in short period of time by deciding various
set of targets to attain them in a year or less than it. Short term targets work as the link in
between the current condition and required future results for providing the specific path to
achieve the final desired result in an efficient manner.
Examples of short term goals
By developing time management goal to accomplish time for each mission in an efficient
manner to increase the targets as effectively.
By creating several relational skills like communication, leadership and team spirit.
By minimising the work pressure and tension to achieve the definite task in an efficient
manner.
Concept of medium term goals and three personal examples
Medium term goals are termed as the particular term of the targets and aims that are skilled
or attained in the duration of 18 months to three months. As these goals are can be attain after
short term goals that are achieved in effective manner and correct achievement of short and long
term targets to facilitates the person for achieving their long term goals in an effective manner
(Kanybekovna, and et.al., 2020). As these targets and aim will work as the link in between short
term targets and long term targets.
Examples of medium term goals:
Developing career in authorised field for achieving all particular targets in particular
duration of time.
By improving the practical and theoretical terms of abilities to facilitate for completing
all task in particular field as effectively.
By improving sense of knowledge of various management models, thoughts and
practices that enables to run management as smoothly.
Concept of long-term goals and three personal examples
Long-term goals are termed as the particular targets that the person want to attain in future. As
these targets will take proper time and an effective training to be achieve in an efficient manner
