PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT
In the era of high of competition, I aspire to have the prominent position in market with
the acquisition of required knowledge and experience. My core values such as leadership skills,
critical thinking and professional knowledge will accrue me high growth opportunity. I would
like to accomplish my goals and targets through pursuing professional management course which
will enable me to acquire required knowledge.
Personality Analysis
To succeed as a pioneer, one must have a strong relationship between his or her inside
qualities and reasonability of organization and have a fantasy for where he or she should be later
on. Likewise, it is fundamental to know oneself before accepting an authority part keeping in
mind the end goal to fabricate and make strategies on satisfying destinations and finishing targets
(Alterio, 2004).
Recognizing my internal qualities is the essential fundamental step in choosing my
organization rationale. Key values that frame my own particular establishment are trust, validity,
respect, dependability, acceptability, obligation, steadiness, autonomy, understanding and ability,
drive to adequacy, obligation to quality and grit. These qualities hold together the reason for my
life and organization thinking (Bezzina, 2006).
Objectives of Life
My vision is to wind up an authority in dealing with the mind boggling business issues so
I can effectively lead my associations from in regards to being best, holding my inside qualities,
and going ahead with a very particular lifestyle. In doing so, I hope to pursue the DBA, picking
up learning advancement, achieving mastery and determination, being sorted out and capable,

affiliations, my gathering and family. I might need to effect people with my characters and

organization (Brody and Hadar, 2011). By sharpening such qualities with practice and preparing,
for instance, thinking capacities (intelligent, strategic), managing aptitudes (time organization,
priorities), making capacities (educating, coaching), self-change aptitudes (emotional
intelligence, resilience), driving aptitudes (setting new bearing, vision) and various more will
help with the affirmation of life and work destinations. For example, investigative aptitudes join
the ability to assemble and analyse information, issue clarify, and settle on decisions which will
help with learning, in affiliations and in life. Likewise, with effective time organization focusing
on basic and time fragile issues, obliging misused time saves the affiliation money and constructs
pay. It likewise sets aside time for doing different things, for example, study or family
obligations.
The above hypothesis is driven by the Authentic, Situational and Transformational

PERSONAL SWOT ANALYSIS
In the fast pace development, competition is becoming very fierce in nature challenging
the sustenance in the market for the longer duration of time. In that regard it is imperative to
enhance the efficiency and capabilities in competence to the professional standards. For that
purpose I have conducted the personal swot analysis. It is the structured and the systematic
method to analyse the attributes and traits in the personality through identifying strengths and
weaknesses. It also enables to know the development opportunities that will enable to foster the
growth and development along with addressing the threats encountered in the process.
Strengths
So far from my formal education attained and academic credentials acquired I have
gained the in depth understanding of the field of work. Further, I have acquired many attributes
with the articulation from my surroundings and nearby environment. In that respect I have
developed some qualities which has been proved as my strengths so far and will prove helpful in
pursuing the future endeavours (Guillemin, McDougall and Gillam, 2009). Three strengths

which will aid me achieving goals while pursuing the management course are my leadership
skills, critical thinking and professional knowledge.
In the present era of Global synchronization, the connectivity and networking has been
raised in the significant manner decreasing the boundaries between people and different
components staying at different parts of the world (Hadar and Brody, 2010). Proficiency in
communication skills will enable me to leverage the benefit of this connectivity. It manifests
both I verbal and written form. With this I am able me to have the better interactions with people
which help me in consolidating with large number of people.
In the present time, the operations are executed under the impact of many factors. Due to
such large amount of influences, it is required to have the pragmatic approach to resolve the
problems encountered while processing the tasks. I possess the good critical thinking abilities
which help me understand all the dimensions of the working and take decisions accordingly. In
this process through considering the different all the aspects associated with it I will be able to
process it resourcefully (Maskit, 2011). In this way I am skilled to conceptually analyse the
information gathered and approach problems.
Management is all about accomplishing the tasks will the collaboration of the team lead
by a leader. Possessing good leadership quality will help me to supervise the subordinates or
other team members more effectively. I have lead in seminars and conferences attended during
my professional courses. Leadership is the comprehensive approach which includes different
attributes such as making clear understanding of the goals and targets, inspiring the team
members, motivating them, making them stay dedicated towards work and tasks assigned to
them. It also includes the process of deriving the desired results along with making the optimum
utilization of the strengths of members.
Weakness
Undergoing the mentoring has enabled me to I have identified that there are certain areas
where I need to develop my abilities and capabilities such as Professional knowledge on
management, technological skills and time management.
Further, advancement of technology has ease many operations and working in the very
considerable amount (Mc Kee and Eraut, 2012). In order to keep the pace with the fast growing
market, I will need to have the proper understanding of the technological advancements taking

place in different areas such as telecommunication, transport, information and knowledge and
other areas.
In my formal education and bachelors professional courses attended I have never gained
the professional knowledge about management. In order to pursue my career in this I need to
acquire the thorough understanding of all the concepts and theories which are required to known
for its practical application in the real world. It will enable me to have the competitive edge in
the market with the sustenance in the market in more effective manner and establish the
prominent position (Whitelaw, Sears and Campbell, 2004).
Lastly, the crucial attribute required to be possessed by me to bring growth and
development is the proper time management. In order to perform the slew of activities
appropriately, time management plays vital role in it. It will me function with more efficiency
and saving the loss of time.
Opportunities
Continuous learning enables me to develop the efficiency and productivity of the tasks
performed by me. In that respect I have identified the opportunities from where I can improve
the efficiency in the areas of development. I need to enhance my skills in the communication,
technology and time management.
I will increase my professional knowledge in management in different ways. It can be
attained through attending the professional course that will enable me to learn the technicalities
and will be able to adopt in real life more appropriately. Technological knowledge can be
developed through keeping updated with the current advancements and matching the pace with
through their indulgence in the life activities. Possessing these skills have many positive
spillover effects on the other areas such as increasing productivity, saving time and many others.
Time management which is an important attribute of anybody's personality can be
developed through different ways (Roberts and Pruitt, 2008). Different approaches can be
adopted for the purpose. I will adopt some strategies to manage my work in accordance with the
time frame allotted. It includes the prioritising of work in appropriate manner, avoiding
procrastination, using the effective planner and enabling the team work. Using these strategies
will enable be to perform my tasks under the particular time frame and increase my productivity.

While processing the above measures to improve the areas of development, I will
encounter some difficulties that threatens my growth and development. Influenced with large
number of factors the major threat to my accomplishment of targets is the fierce competition
occurring in the market (Wayne and et.al, 2008). There is large competition which challenges the
development that is supposed to become obstacles in proceedings. Further, the other threats I will
be facing are the limitations in my personalities such as slow learning, lack of concentration and
attention and repetition of mistakes. These mentioned threats are proved to be one of the crucial
factor in hindering my growth and development (Sheikh, Milne and MacGregor, 2007).
