INTRODUCTION
Personal development plan is the defined as the process of measuring the plan of action
in the manner to enhance the goals, reflection and planning for personal and professional
development in the quora of the management(Andersen, 2019). The management consider in
this report is amazon. It includes the series of strength, competencies, education and training and
levels or sections to indicate the plan of management and the market place activities in the
context of delivering the fast food.
TASK
My strength
As I termed the grocery store of amazon to make the venture as per to the amazon fast
food delivery structural service. As I am inviting the new service of amazon in local area of
consumers to make their goals to get fulfil as per to their sectors for wider range. The various
sort of demands might rise for enhancing the services. I have started to offer the fast food
delivery services to maintain the growth and development of amazon as on online platform. I
have applied drone services and various offers to make my thought of idea as more effective.
I have connect the several opportunities to make the idea and creative sense of knowledge
as in more phrased manner. By fast food delivering services in Amazon there are various
services get connected for individuals in the manner of physical distancing, communicating and
organising the workplace environment as more efficiently.
Challenges I might face in generating the new idea in business that will increase the
pressure as on the field of area of supermarket. It allows the immense section in of war in
