The main goal was to realise my own potential to assess the various opportunities and threats in the learning experience. As the objectives give something to aim for by making use of efforts and these goals will serve as a guide to reach success. Once the goals are written and mind will be clear about achieving such goals. Even the smallest tasks done on daily basis, will add up to the big results (Topping, 2018).Various goals are explained below- Short-term goals (next 12 months) One of my short term goal is to keep my workstation clean and organised so, that I can increase the level of productivity and I will be more inspired to study. To improve my communication skills as this skill is helpful in many ways and due to this I will be able to resolve the conflicts in life(Teoli, Sanvictores and An 2019). Another short term goal is to enhance my overall academic performance to qualify my module so that I can bring more opportunities in the future for personal and career aspects. Also, to submit all my projects and assignments on the time and before deadline. My another goal is to improve my notes making skills so that I can keep the information organised in the form of notes of the class(Williams, 2018). Medium term goals (next 2-3 years) My medium goal is to complete my education program with a higher score and good grades.

What are some of your favourite ways for teaching students? Ans. So far, I have noticed and felt personally that providing feedback is one of the favourite way in learning because under this we got the opportunity to improve our mistakes by having written and verbal feedback. Under this module, we got both positive and constitutive feedback from our mentors that helped me in keeping myself motivated. It was done in the form of discussion and class surveys and we were also provided the option to ask our queries anytime.
Q3.Did you find any trouble in learning module and explain the ways to improve communication skills ? Ans. No, I did not find any trouble in learning module as our teachers have always been there for us and with the help of experienced teachers we understood the various issues and challenges in the learning process. There are various ways to improve the communication skills and that we learnt in this module such as by being an active listener through paying attention when someone says something and sharing our own thoughts and ides. Q4.Explain the various skills learnt by the students in this module ? Ans In this module, we have developed various skills such as communication skills, presentation skills, time management skills, decision making skills, critical thinking and problem solving, Q5. What do you mean by SWOT Analysis and Personalized learning ? Ans. SWOT Analysis is defined as a framework that can be used to make analysis of the learner in order to improve the performance by analysing the various factors that is strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. Under this module, I did my personal analysis that assisted me in setting my personal desired goals. Being a learner, I needed a direction in attaining the personal objectives of the work and personal life. Due to this analysis, I got some objectives that allows me to gather theefforts which will serve as a guide to reach success in the future. Once the goals are decided, learners will be clear about the tasks to achieve and also the smallest tasks done on daily basis, will add up to the big results. Whereas Personalised learning is a term which is used for present a learning approach which focuses on the strength, skills, interest and needs of the learners. With the help of this module, I was able to enhance my personalised learning because I got the chance to interact with learners and teachers.
