INTRODUCTION
Personal development plan refers to an action plan that has been utilized to determine
strategic aims and objectives of individual as well as what they tend to achieve in their life. It
enables them to identify their strengths and weaknesses, which they effort to overcome by
applying different types of techniques, methods and effective approaches. It plays important role
in the context of individual’s growth and success whether it is related to personal or professional
life. Along with above benefits personal development plan provide more to learners who effort to
gain desire outcome by considering that. It allows them to develop and improve those areas that
help to meet target goals. The current assignment will explain personal development plan based
on skills audit, evaluation of strength and weakness and learning experiences to address personal
attributes gaps. Furthermore, the report will justify how future actions are linked to gaps that
identified in gap analysis. It will also define current development in recruitment and necessities
for successful employability. Lastly the assignment will clarify how to use feedback from
different sources to make successful application for real employment chances.
TASK
How future actions are connected to gaps personal.
In the today’s competitive world, it is quite challenging for a person to grab employment
opportunity according to their need, expectations and qualification (Shamrat and et. al, 2020). As
individuals in order to gain professional benefit give tough competition to each other in term of
taking strategic decisions and conducting actions to fill the gap about skills and knowledge that
are required in the job market among many companies. As it is important for them to do that
because it may help to conduct varied practices and activities in the future appropriately. Unlike
these people’s, I will also deal with the same issue in the future when I would complete my
graduation period within university. It happens so, as I am not posing greater understanding
about varied skills that help me to grow rapidly and achieve greater success, which is quite
essential and beneficial for my career growth.
By referring to my skills portfolio and personal gaps, I have determined that I am not
posing good knowledge about 10 essential areas in term of skills that would put negative impact
on my employment career in the future when I accomplished my graduation duration with better
scores that I will obtain after putting a lot of efforts. My future actions are lined to gap analysis,
in term of determining competencies and understanding about varied concepts which I would

utilize and apply while working as a skilled employee in a company, where growth and success
changes are accessible in bulk. It can be said that gap analysis is defined as procedure of
comparing current performance and productivity with individual desire and expected outcomes
(Dabra and Prasad, 2020). This process is related to my further actions as it enable me to set
success criteria and allow getting information about expected results in term of performance
improvement and skills development.
By using and conducting gap analysis, I have recognized the current state of my
performance and efficiency as well skills that I have and need to develop, which improve my
effectiveness in the future and drive my attention toward conducing varied activities whether it is
related to professional or personal life. This form of analysis enable me to assess my
performance through which I have identified whether employability requirements and strategic
objectives are being met and if not, then what steps and tactics I would be taken into my
consideration to meet them in effective and systematic manner. With the help of this framework
or process I have determined what skills I will effort to develop by applying key methods and
techniques. It helps in my growth and made me stronger person in term of achieving personal as
well as professional goals whether it is short or long term.
Reflective statement and my future actions are also linked with each other just as above
gap analysis concept is (Campbell and et. al., 2020). For example, in form of reflection I have
discussed one of those competencies that I have such as effective written communication, team
work, presentation, managing competing demand on time, etc. furthermore, along with above
information, I have collected info about my weaknesses in form of areas where I need to work
harder, in order to become more productive, capable and creative as well as supportive. It can be
said that reflective writing is beneficial in multiple manners, such as it assist to write down
overall data and content about person's personal things like competencies, capabilities, power
and mental ability as key strengths. Along with that it may also contribute to provide clear
statement about weaknesses that individual person have and try to overcome just like me. After
remaining study time I would approach to grab specific employment opportunity and that is
business consultant, who is able to provide appropriate directions and valuable recommendations
of a company about what is beneficial and essential for organizational growth. Before my
graduation I want to develop or improve set of competencies that enable me to bring more
