The present personal development plan is prepared for HR Manager which is a profession wherein an individual oversee activities including recruitment, interviewing, selection, training and development of new staff. The assessment includes analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of a student. It further includes setting goals and personal development plan. MAIN BODY Stage 1: Analysis Personal analysis is a phase of self-evaluation wherein an individual identifies their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. With this, a student is able to assess themselves for planning a career. It could be done at any phase of life in order to determine educational choices, self-improvement or growth opportunities. To perform personal analysis, a skill audit is effective. Skill audit It is assessment of knowledge, skills and behaviour of an individual. It is concerned with analysing needs and personal development(Cunningham and Stein, 2018).
