Introduction
Success plays the crucial role in the each and every individual life. All these can
be achieved when the person set their eye and the mindset is towards achieving the goal
then it can be achieved. It helps in enhancing the quality in life as well it comes with
many skills which are learned and knowledge dis expanded (Ryan., 2019).
It also gives the status in the society. These aims are set in order to get those goals
achieved. The individual can be defined, and their uniqueness can be pot rayed in
numerous ways one of this is the long and short terms goals. Every individual has the
aim to do big and have growth in their life. all these can be achieved when the person
set their mind towards accomplishing it (Makovec., 2018).
The concept of social awareness and the roles and responsibility can be explained where
the individual has the good sense of awareness and understanding of work as well, they
feel the ones when the people are well aware about things it brings the balance and
harmony as well peace in the society. The ethics are value and standard which assist the
person in recognizing the right and wrong.

In this specific project there are the numerous activities which has been done in order to
develop the ethical and the social awareness. all these will help to analyses and examine
collaboration approach towards the team and in achieving the goals. regards to this
program the true sense of ethical and social roles and responsibility will be gained in the
personal and professional life.
The ethics where the society has significant responsibility towards the individual and
the economic growth as well as to have the balance and equity in the environment. The
ultimate duty of the person is to have the optimistic approach towards the society in
both the terms ethically and morally.
The knowledge about ethics is essential and important in every sort of life whether it is
personal or the professional and the major skill now days the organization ask for is
ethics. By having this , it portrays the integrity and the loyalty towards the society.
these also assists in business problems which might occur in the organization and these
skills helps to cope up (Thompson., 2018).
The structure in which the ethical behavior is significantly required as it helps in making
the optimistic and the right choices. The ethics has the greater impact and influence in
achieving the daily-to-daily goals and even the longer aims. where in organization it is
majorly used for maintains the code of conduct and decorum in the work (Chu., 2021).
The organization requires the positive a loyal individual so when they have these skills
it assists them in their objectives (Kunzmann., 2019. The activities which was done in
classroom helped me in numerous ways as it taught to me to respect the other people
whereas it also boosted my ethical values all these skills taught me the values which are
need to talk with people and respecting and being loyal with each other and not hurting
the sentiments in any situation. I strongly believe that the ethical behavior is important
and crucial for an individual and they should incorporate the values (Fabic., 2018).
