INTRODUCTION
The present report will discuss about reflection and personal development plan that is
needed by an individual to identify strength and weakness.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
The area that need to be developed by me is health and fitness as well as personal development
in order to improve my overall personality. Along with this, two area of life cycle need to be
developed as it helps in building the profession. Although if these area of life is able to be
maintained properly then I will be able to deal with the weak areas of my personality. Moreover,
I have poor health a due to busy schedule I am not able to take out time for this area. And it is
affecting my overall health and making me look unfit for any job (Blakemor and Agllias,2019).
In addition to this, another area that I really to be focused on is my personality such as my
communication and interpersonal skill so that I can communicate with other people and share my
thoughts and idea. Although if my personality is developed then I will be able to get a good
professional job. The score was low as I was not practicing to develop my health and fitness area
due to lack of motivation and time.
Moreover, in order to improve my personality, I will join the workshop related to it so that I can
gain practical knowledge. In addition to this, I will also participate in debate competition so that I
can face the fear of public speaking and to improve my communication skill. Although for
improving my interpersonal skill I will be participating in the group project so that I can
collaborate with other people and learn about building team (Costello, 2019). However, for
improving my health I will be making schedule so that I can manage my time and workout
properly. In addition to this, I will be eating healthy food so that I can maintain my diet and
remain fit.
Task 2
In the week two I have gain knowledge about understanding occupational choice, career
planning and barriers to career opportunities. Along with this, I have learned that in order to
develop the skill a person should identify skills and strengths as well as interest as development
opportunity is based on the needs (Crisp, 2020). In addition to this, I have also learned that
prioritising the opportunities helps in meeting the goals I limited set of time. Although if person
