INTRODUCTION
Personal Development Planning is basically the process of creation of an action plan
which is based on the goal setting, awareness, planning, values and reflection for the personal
development within the context of a relationship, career, self improvement and much more. In
case of reflective Journals, these are basically the personal records of students' learning
experiences. When it comes to reflective journals, the students are basically asked by the
instructors to record learning related incidents. The present report basically involves a essay
based on the comparison and contrast of the presentation of information in two different types of
media today and also paying emphasis on how effectively the information could be
communicated. Moreover, the report involves the feedback on the essay and a reflection on the
learning and development during the programme.

and how effectively the information is being communicated
Media is basically any channel of communication which basically comprises of anything
from printed paper to digital data and also comprises of educational content, art, news and
various other forms of information. In case of different types of media, it basically comprises of
Print Media such as Magazines and Newspapers and Broadcast Media which involves Radio and
TV. In reference to Newspapers, it is basically a major source of information for a large number
of readers which basically allows presentation of lengthy messages which could be easily read at
per the conveyance. Such type of media allows the prompt delivery of information and coverage
of news with interesting features for readers(Zwozdiak-Myers, 2018).
In reference to magazine, it is basically a specialized advertising media that generally
serves entertainment, educational and informational needs of industries, consumers and business.
Such type of media generally allows the presentation of detailed ad message along with colours,
photos and illustrations etc. In case of Broadcast Media, it comprises of Television which is a
