INTRODUCTION
The Personal Development Plan (PDP) is utilized in order to identify the determine
individual goals and objectives that are essential for the growth. The identification of the
personal strengths and weaknesses is done through this analysis. The hindrances are explicated
along with the measures that can be adopted in regards to the achievement of the ultimate vision
and mission laid down by an individual (Delany, 2022). The PDP in this report will help in the
understanding of the personal pros and cons along with the reflection which will be presented on
the basis of the personal learning. The essentials for the sustenance in the digital marketing will
also be highlighted in the report.
The description of the PDP.
The formulation of a PDP benefits the enumeration of the expertise and the segments
where one lags behind and requires a scope of improvisation in order to flourish. The employees
of a company may take help of this analysis in the form of a construction of Performance
Development Review (PDR), which helps in the explanation of varied ideas and techniques that
can be used for an effective management of the learning and growth in the organisation
(Giovannetti and et. al., 2022). The utilisation of a SWOT analysis by an individual can help in
the identification of the key areas of the personal attributes.
Strengths – The enumeration of the key areas where an individual excel and the number of
achievements that are acquired by the person which can help in the attainment of the desires job
role or any other target set by them.
Weaknesses – The areas where the individual lag behind and can create disruptions. The habits
which are critical and have a become a hurdle in the pathway must be highlighted in this segment
of the analysis.
Opportunities – The acquisition of an under-taped area where he individual think they can excel
must be identified. The opening of a viable job position in the market must be taken into
consideration in order to get the best out of the lot (Islam, 2022).

Threats – The hurdles in regards to the competition, dynamic changes in the market place p the
financial constraints, must be enumerated in order to think about the possible measures that can
be taken into account for their respective elimination.
Self-presentment in the digital branding.
The formulation of PDP is thereby essential for me in order to understand the impactful
considerations that are to be made for the attainment of the desired post in the digital marketing
field. In this segment of the study, I will try to identify the requisites that are necessary for the
sustenance in the respective field and the relevant skills that must be acquired by me.
 The considerations of the elements of strategic management , copywriting and the
perceptive of the psychology are the mandatary skills and traits which must be present.
 The comprehensive understanding of SEO, the techniques related to the social media
tactics and the apprehension of the analytics should be erudite for the long term survival
in the field (Nes and et. al., 2022).
 The skills of content writing can also prove to be an aid for the additional set of expertise
which can help in the sustenance in an organisation.
 The conception of the marketing skills will help me in the designing of a suitable strategy
for the brand which will not only benefit the company, but also will help in my personal
level growth.
The reflection of the personal learning.
Through this enumeration of the the know how of a PDP, I understood the significance
of deriving a constructive plan for the contemplation of the desired objectives and targets. The
explication of the SWOT analysis helped me to comprehend towards the identification of the
varied aspects which are essential in order to appraise the lags and the cores for an effective and
enhanced growth in the future. The consideration of the scope in the digital marketing for my
personal growth in that field, helped my realised the significant elements that should be acquired
by me in order to flourish in the respective field.
CONCLUSION
An inference can thus be made that the requirement of the development of a PDP is
necessary and significant in order to enumerate the advantages and the scope of disadvantages

that can create create problems and difficulties in the pathway of attaining the determined goals
of an individual. The scrutiny also helped in the identification of the core strengths and the
weaknesses along with the presentment of self reflection which helped in the analysis of the
learning. The scope of the digital marketing is significant and thus, the requisites one must have,
is also explicated in the report.
