INTRODUCTION Personal development portfolio is defined as well-structured and useful procedures that has been undertaken by several people, in order to reflect upon their individual learning, growth and achievements. The current assignment will explain personal learning & development approach,transferablecompetenciesthatindividualseek todevelopduring personallife, academic studies and workplace. Furthermore, the report in form of reflection will define a personal development learning log, action plan and CV. MAIN BODY 1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal learning & development Personal learning and growth play crucial role in life of individual person, because it helps to made them capable to work in excellent manner currently and in the future by using those skillswhich they may learnthrough overallprocess of personal developmentand learnedness (Wang and et.al., 2020). Regarding this procedure, I prefer to utilize specific and effective approach, which is offline and online training workshops. It made me able to accomplish my work on time and enable to obtain desire outcomes, which is also essential for me while I am conducting activities related to professional or academic field (Nair and et.al., 2020). Online training workshop considered as the most trending skills development approaches in today's period, because due to lock-down individual may unable to develop competencies by going out of home, so they prefer to utilize internet and learn through it by taking part in online classes or sessions where skilled, experienced and knowledgable persons may ready to share their experience and teach how to develop particular skill. Furthermore, offline training is a subpart of chosen approach that define procedure of taking classes at specific location where I reach and then communicate with my tutor face to face. This method help me a lot in term of achieving strategic aims whether it relate to academic or professional profession. 1.2 Identification of transferable skills I have already developed by attending this module During this module, I had developed set of transferable competencies that enable me to interact with other people who attempt to accomplish similar task but work separately and allow to accomplish my investigation regarding particular subject that is too important for me to do so in systematic way. In term of transferable skills I had gained knowledge in form of skills
development and that are researching, written, vocabulary, grammar, communication and self- confidence skills. It can be said that transferable skills refer to set of key competencies and capabilities that are beneficial and relevant across varied areas of individual life such as professionally, academically and personally (Hill and et.al., 2020). It also refers to those that applicantdevelopsastheirgrowththrougheducation,employmentandtraining. Communication skill that I have already developed by attending current module will help in my future success and progress in the context of professional field. It enables me to interact with other people in influencing manner. Just like this,research skillalso support to conduct investigation about any subject, for which I work hard and effort to meet set aims and objectives of research.Written skillscontribute to present appropriate report which define the accurate data and information that I collect through effective research.Vocabulary and grammaralso assist in several manners as it made me capable to understand written language clearly without any misunderstanding. This module help in term of boosting myself-confidencelevel that drive my attention towards aims setting and achievements. 1.3 Skill I would like to develop during my academic studies, personal life and workplace Personal and professional as well as academic life may give several opportunities to individual learner to develop specific or combine of skills, which they may utilize currently and further, in order to reach at expected results. Along with above skills, I will work hard, but still require developing more that also provide unexpected and excellent benefits to me. I would prefer to developdecision-making skillduring my workplace and personal life as well as academic studies. It made me capable to choose a good option out of alternatives that accessible in bulk. It enables me to obtain desires outcomes, without making major mistakes. Along with this, I would also seek to developeffective problem solving skillthat help me a lot. It is one of those analytical procedures that mostly utilized to determine possible solutions regarding specific situation that made individual capable to solve issues and deal with current circumstance (Klegeris, 2020).
