Silviq considers sonal to be strong, the greatest achievement he thinks of sonal is family,
he considers sonal as kind, the thing he would like to change about her is to be more
calmer and the greatest strength is durable. Another person Tsarevna considers sonal to be
combative, the greatest achievement of sonal would be her family, the value that she
possess is being kind, the thing which should be changed is being more calmer and her
greatest strength would be her strongness. Florian describes sonal as strong, the keyskill
that she possess is hardwork, the thing that must be chaged is being more calm .

Strengths and Weaknesses:
Can speak two languages but not on the professional level, IT skills, driving license, Chef
certificate and food hygiene, no better marketing experience, low presentation skills.
Opportunities and Threats:
The existing company have the better opportunities in communication with various people
and the competition for the programmes of training will be intense, the foreigner status is
made unclear by the Brexit.
