The cycle involve various steps, which are as follows: Description:I had work with fantastic cleaners as a professional cleaner in London, UK for a year. In addition to this, I worked with Amazon as a store manager for 3 months and after this worked as a warehouse instructor and Onsite support manager. Because of my good performance in Amazon I gained a good position and working as production operation guide where my responsibility is to instruct for the picking and storing of products that is from January 2020 to June 2020. Feelings:As a warehouse instructor, store manager and support manager, I had done a lot of tasks that is welcoming people, assist them to explore, aware them about process and so on. The higher authorities providing feedback to me about my working, handling capabilities and many more. This help me to understand the work and improve my skills where I lacked. Evaluation:At the time of student in University, I become resilient, self-motivated and focus on developing such skills that helped me in my future. By working in the corporate sector and performing various roles, I have learned about team building skills, time management skills, conflict management and so on. In addition to this, I have improved my communication and IT skills which help me to perform my responsibilities properly and gain the position of support manager in leading organisation. Conclusion:It has been concluded by me that working with such leading organisation will helped me to enhance my skills and improved my capabilities as well as knowledge. It is analysed by me I need to improve my written communication skills and also to gain knowledge about IT as it is important in order to sustain in this competitive environment. Along with this, I need to focus on my leadership skills and time management skills that will help me in attaining objectives within the set time period.
Action:In order to improve my skills, I am going to take online session or classes. Along with this, I will attend seminars based on the leadership and IT sector. I will also take help of my mentors so that I can work with proper guidance and achieve my objectives. Industry sector analysis I have been working with Amazon from last 18 months, which prevails in the E- commerce industry. Working within this industry helped me to learn about IT skills, about digital tools and many more. In the present time period, E-commerce is one the fast growing and emergent industry and working within such industry helped me to gain best opportunities and enhance my personal as well as professional skills. I would like to work as a manager in the E-commerce industry as I have been experienced in this sector and I have the capabilities as well as skills to performing all the activities in a proper manner. In addition to this, it is analysed by me that for this industry communication and interaction skills is important. For a manager, it is significant to have effective time management and team building skills as it will help in proper execution of activities and attainment of objectives within the set time period. Moreover, working in the e- commerce required to have strong IT skills and proper knowledge of digital techniques as well. Working in longer time with Amazon improved my management skills and handling capabilities that will assist me to gain better opportunity to work in the reputed organisation. Moreover, with the help of skills audit that is mentioned below, it is determined by me that I need to improve my written communication skills, time management skills, leadership skills and team working skills.
