The personal learning and development have various benefit in order to gain
success and growth in academic learning and for future career and growth.

1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal
learning and development
The personal development is characterized as the process of enhancing
various skills at the time of learning and development. In order to grow in future and
have a successful career path in the future. It is very important for me to focus on the
various skills and aspects in order to achieve the goals and objectives of ;life. The
personal learning and development is related to the personal growth of an individual
within the academic learning process. It is very important for me to develop certain
goals and objectives. I can develop various skills from my academic studies which
will be helpful in my future growth. As I wanted my career in marketing management
field so there are requirement of various skills which I need to develop in order to
achieve success in particular field. In order to be regional manager in the
organization I need to develop communication skills which is most important for me.
This will enhance in my personal deve4lopment and also in increasing my skills for
achievement better growth and opportunities.
1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed
by attending this module
There are various set of skills which I was able to develop during the academic
learning and by attending this module which is discussed below;
 Listening skill- This is the most essential skills which is required at the time
of donnish learning and for developing the various kills. This was the skill
which I was able to develop by attesting this module for the better
communication. As I was able to listen to the view points of others and
analyses the various things which is been conveyed by the person or my
professors during the lectures. This was the most significant skills for me to
develop for my future growth and development. I use to listen carefully during
lectures which have enhanced in developing this skill.
 Information technology skills- This is another skill which I was able to
develop by attesting this module and from my academic learning process. The
information technology skills plays a major role in further development in
personal and professional life. It is very important for me to develop this skill in
order to gain various opportunities. The various projects and assignments
were assigned to be which has a technical part and related to information
technology. By attending such project and completing them with the correct
manner I was able to learn the aspect of computers. As the technology play
vital role in professional,life. This is important to develop for the further in
organization where manual process is been far away and the use of
technology should be adaptable for me in order to gain competitive
advantage.

There are various skills which I would like to develop during my academic
studies, personal life and within the workplace which are discussed below:
 Analytical and research skill- This is the most important skill which need to
develop from my academic learning. This is important skill for the future
development and growth personal and professional life. The analytical and
research skill is related to the various ways in which information can be
searched in order to gain competitive advantage. The analytical skills is the
ability of an individual to think critically and analyses the various data, making
the different decisions with solving complex problems within the workplace.
This is the skill which is required everywhere and also in future workplace
which will enhance in my efficiency and productivity.
 Communication skills- This is another important skill which is required for
me to develop during academic learning and development process. As I want
my career in marketing field where communication plays a vital role in making
understand customers about the product or services. The communication skill
is very essential for me to develop in order to interact in a right way with my
peers and further in career with customers. There are different ways of
communication which I need to develop in my personal learning experience.
