1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development, and the transferable skills 1.1Identificationandreflectiononmyapproachtopersonal learning and development Learning has been determined as an significant life long process in order to gather information and knowledge for personal as well as professional development (Robertson, 2018). For instance, learning is considered as essential and life long as an individual can never be perfect enough in acquiring information and knowledge. Learning process taken into consideration by an individual leads to personal growth and results in development of individual for upcoming future personally as well as professionally. Moreover, this meaningful concept is basically determined at learning of additional information, authorised behaviour, personal as well as professional skills, etc. which further contribute towards personal growth and development. My personal preference lies in consideration of lifelong learning process to be carried out in each and every phase of my personal as well as professional life. Cognitive learning approach has been taken into consideration by me in order to ensure effectiveunderstandingofdeterminedconcepts.Inadditiontothat,itfurther facilitates me in different assigned tasks in an effective as well as efficient manner. It uplifts my motivation towards academics and learning by allowing me to get fully engagedintheprocessforbettereffectiveunderstandingofinformationand knowledge. With the consideration of cognitive approach to learning I am aimed at enhancing my interpersonal skills and essential fundamentals for success in life. This approach to learning process provides various additional values in my personal development. In addition to that, it includes exploration of ideas, visual approach for recalling and understanding, justification for clarity, reflection on experience, etc. All these considerations of cognitive approach facilitates in effective and efficient growth of personnel in order to succeed in life. Representatives using cognitive approach for teaching students are focused on identification of most suitable and appropriate mannerofteachingforefficientunderstandingofconcepts.Thedetermined approach of learning is aimed at strengthening innovative and creative ideas of learners in order to support them with the same. The practice of reflective writing in order to express a particular experience or event will support by boosting up self- confidence with effective justifications and expression. For instance, these skills are indirectly facilitated by teachers for their students and initiate efforts for enhancing these skills. In the duration of attending the module, I have learned and developed various transferable skills for my personal development and in order to be ready for future circumstances in life. Problem solving:This personal skill or ability has been considered as one of the most important or essential skills for an individual. Throughout this module Ihaveexperiencedvarioussituationsinapositiveaswellasnegative manner.Moreover,allthesemeaningfulanddeterminedsituationshave contributed additional values towards betterment of problem solving skills.
