A brief reflection on personal learning and development, along with
explanation on transferable skills
In the academic life it is very much essential for a person to develop personal
learning in order to remain competitive. I consider that personal learning and
development is the most important aspect of life which includes effective parameters
of personality development. In the academic life, it is major role of a student to take
into consideration various techniques of personal development in order to gain
success in career (Cabau, 2017). I am having leadership skills which I can easily
transfer to other people. I have communication skills which are important in order to
increase coordination in the team. I can easily teach these skills in a precise manner
for systematic growth of the individual.
Analyzing a brief explanation and Reflection on my approach to
personal learning and development
I like to develop personal learning and development with the advise and
support of my professors. I will also take into consideration guidance provided by my
seniors and management team (Debognies, 2019). I also consider online articles as a
good source of learning and acquiring practical knowledge related to a subject
matter. In order to improve my personal learning and development, I will also take
into consideration various authentic books that are available at the marketplace. To
develop personal learning and development, I will also prepare a precise and
systematic strategy. This will help me in formulating a risk free management plan
that will help in identification of different goals and objectives. I will also take into
account advice of my team members and leaders to develop personal learning.

Application of the transferable skills that I have formulated by
attending this module
I will also analyze my transferable skills in an effective manner in order to
develop self assessment. During this module, I have learned several skills that can
be transferred easily into a specific activities and tasks. The transferable skills which
are developed by me during this module are:
 Time management- The time management skills are important in
managing routine related to work. Time management also helps an individual
to develop precise skills that are effective in development of different goals
and parameters. I will also improve my time management skills with the help
of support of an effective routine. In order to develop time management skills,
I will also take support from my routine management.
 Problem solving skills- Problem solving skills are important for an
individual in order to lead and solve different problem solving skills. These
skills are effective in order to manage different issues and challenges which
arise in the organization or institution (Mamvuto, 2021). The problem solving
skills also helps an individual in development of well designed and formulated
plan in solving different issues.
 Thinking skills- I am having good thinking skills which will help me to
develop mental strength. The strength of mine are thinking skills which
provides an analytical approach in achievement of goals and objectives. The
thinking skills will also help me to revise my own competency skills in order to
develop in professional manner.
 Managerial skills- The management skills are important part of
personality development that helps an individual to manage professional
operations. These skills will help me to analyze my proficiency and discipline
in order to manage large number of employees. The managerial skills are
helpful in developing a systematic approach related to management of
different operations.

Acquirement and skills I would like to evolved and developed
during my academic studies, personal life and the workplace
It is very much important for an individual in academic life to develop effective
skills relating to life and workplace. I will achieve the following skills during my
academic studies, personal life and workplace. My desired skills are mentioned
below:
 Team management- The team management skills are important for an
individual to manage different people. In order to complete a given task on
time, team management plays a crucial role (Osgerby, 2018). The team
management skills are important to be developed in a specific time frame for
leading whole group. I will also take into consideration major development
techniques that are beneficial in group development support.
 Leadership- In order to gain effective skills, the learning related to leadership
is the major requirement of a business firm. I will analyze and learn leadership
skills in order to get developed as a perfect leader. The democratic leadership
style will be adopted by me in order to facilitate effective decision making. I
will also take into consideration delegation as a major approach which takes
into account advice of subordinate employees for decisions. I will try to avoid
the implementation of autocratic leadership style in order to compete with
effective edge over other people.
 Workplace management- The workplace management skills are important in
developing career path and growth of an individual. Workplace management
skills are to be achieved in a systematic manner for long and sustainable
growth.
 Strategic skills- In order to develop core competency in the marketplace, it is
essential for a candidate to develop strategic skills. The strategic skills will
help me developing risk free planning and will also help me achievement of
different goals and objectives.
 Decision making- My decision making skills are improved during this module
which will play an important role in systematic development (Otamurodov, 2019).
I will take help of my team members in order to formulate major decisions

related to academics. In the career related life also, this approach will help me
to develop effective personality.
