1.1 Self-reflection on personal learning and
development, and the transferable skills
The learning is most essential for development of a person in many skills and
knowledge to gain the advantage(Hu, and Kuh, 2003). This is really crucial for me to
evolve the skills so I can use it in the future. The individual learning and evolution is
crucial for effectual learner to indicate my career with the knowledge and ability I am
capable to increase in this module.
1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal
learning and development
To develop my career it is very crucial for me to evolve new ability. There are
many skills which needs to be evolved in an effective manner and which is efficient
for my studies(Johns, 2012). For achieving the assigned regular tasks I need to
adopt the personal learning and development and do all the efforts to achieve it. My
academic learning is developed through the academic learning. For becoming
employable in future it is very important to identify and develop the skills. The
development of itself will significantly solve the problems which arises at workplace
and in professional life(Ryckman,1996). The skill which is most effective considered
as communication skill this is important in order to effectual marketing manage in
upcoming.
1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed
by attending this module
there are many skills which I have developed the skill during the module which are
discussed below;
 Listening skills- This skill is reasoned as the ability which I was capable to
evolve at the time of academic acquisition process. This the ability which I
was capable to deepen in my learning(Sarason, 1995). The sensing ability is
accompanying to the ability or quality to hear to the instructions of the
individual in an effectual and economic mode. This was essential from me to
evolve as I want my occupation in marketing director where the hearing ability
plays the leading role(Tattum, and Tattum, 2017)). This was ability which I am
capable to choose in an effectual way where I can perceive cautiously to the
operating instructions which is given by my academician in my domain
leanings.
 Information technology skills- This is the ability which I was capable to
evolve during this faculty. This is reasoned as the important scheme in
command to be various and effectual. As the utilization of the computer
knowledge is wise the feature of exploitation the various kind of stand out and
word which can assist an person to make the job simple(Zimmerman, and
Labuhn, 2012. As from this I was capable to acquire various cause which I was
capable to evolve in my private change. With this ability I was able to evolve
self-confidence in development and negociate my work on time with the
utilization of application.
