1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development, and the transferable skills 1.1Identificationandreflectiononmyapproachtopersonallearningand development Personal development and learning is the process for the person in order to assess, analyze and improve their own skills and qualities to make themselves potential. Approaches to learning includes the emotional, behavioral and cognitive self-regulation and these approaches helps in development of the skills (Müller and Kubátová,2021).InthisreportIwillreflectmyapproachestothepersonal development and learning. It is important to become the learner if I have to be effective in my learning in the development skills. The emotional approaches make me to be more focused and understand the behavior of the person in my career. In this particular module I have worked with many professional group in order to develop my personal learning. By working with the group it enhances my behavioral skills by this I can understand the behavior of the person. This makes me learn about the importance of keeping the record and gaining the consent of the people. As all these skills are very important for the person to understand and learn. These approaches will help me in my personal development and learning in my career in business and management. Improving oneself is the most important for the person as it makes them to have good practice in that field. The behaviorist approach involves about the ideas that the learners respond in the external environment. By this approach I have learned the relevant and useful stimuli which helps me to respond and enhance my knowledge or experience. There are many ways to use thisapproachtothelearningintraininganddevelopmentandprovidesthe opportunities that makes the person ensures to meet that objective. The cognitive approach of learning the person is more concerned with the role of having the active mind in order to learn and grab the opportunities and developing (Musurmanov, Shermatov and Region, 2020). By learning this approach it makes my mind stronger and reflective in order to grab the new things and learn the new things from others. It makes me to improve my self-knowledge and awareness in order to have good personal learning and development. The personal development basically includes the activities that improves the awareness, develop the talents, build the human capital and enhance the quality and standard of the person. These skills and development makes me to help me in my career in the business and management. My personal growth and learning was the best experience because it makes me still working on myself in order be self-aware and more confident, etc. The learning from this module was the best journey and the best experience ever. I have learned to be more responsible, when it comes to getting the work done. Change in attitude by learning and developing the approaches of learning makes me realize about my drawbacks as well. But these approaches helps me a lot in order to personal development and learning in my career in the business and management. The most important thing I have learned is to be responsible for your work and make the right decision. 1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed by attending this module Transferable skills are the abilities and skills that are very important and helpful across the different areas of the life that are socially, professionally and at the school-time as well. These skills are also called the portable skills. Some people 3
basically thinks about there these skills when they are applying for the job or they want the change in the career (Yurko and Styfanyshyn, 2020). These skills are developed throughout the life that in schools, colleges, at home or in the social life. By attending this module it makes me know about the transferable skills that must e needed to be developed and must be written in the CV which will increasing my postilion in my career. The transferable skills I have learned by attending this module is team work that makes me to work effectively in the group and to achieve the set plans and objectives. As I have work with the professional groups it makes me to learn that how to work in the groups and how to have good co-ordination while working in the group. As working in any organization it is very important to have the good team management and work done. This team work also help me in learning and developing my personal growth. Further I have learned by attending this module was to be the good listener, by listening to the professional it enhances my listening skills in order to develop my career in business and management. As in many jobs these skills is the most required as listening to the problems or new ideas is the main in the career. By having good listening it reduces the misconceptions and makes the person to have the effective listening. Earlier I was not so good at communicating with others but by attending this module I have also developed by communication skills by working in the group and makes me to speaks clearly and dynamically in the various situations. As in my career in business and management the employees and employers require the strong verbal communication between them, so this skill will help me in my future. These skills motivate me and enhances my personal motivation in order to do something new and innovative in my learning and development. As it is important to have the motivation which makes develop the new skills in me. Personal motivation helps me and my mind stress free as I get to learn something new in order to do something new (Back, Tulsky and Arnold, 2020). Any job that is stressful cannot be beneficial for someone, so this by attending this module it makes me to avoid stress. All the skills and abilities are transferable it basically depends on from whom it is transferred or to whom it is transferred. By attending this module this helps me to have the personal growth and learning and provides me opportunity to work with the groups, enhancing my personal qualities like self-awareness, self-motivation, etc. these transferable skills are the most required skills that are required by the person in order to make their future bright. 1.3 Skills I would like todevelop during my academic studies, personal life and the workplace There are many skills that I have developed by attending the module and there are some skills that ares till required and needed to be developed in me. As learning many skills from that module was not the easy task. As a learner I have to develop my skills during my academic studies, personal life and the workplace. By having the good skills in me it will enhance me and my future to be brighter. To work in the workplace I have to develop my leadership skills as I have to my career in the business and management. These skills is the most required skill in the workplace as it makes the person lead in all the situations and provides theflexibility andabilityin orderto adoptthechangesin theworkplace (Karagianni and Jude Montgomery, 2018). As the leader the person have the strategic thinking,adoptthechangemanagement,communicationsilks,etc.AsIhavegood communication skill, so I can develop the leadership skills easily by taking training or 4

Further I am weak in the managing the time, and do the work before deadlines in my academic studies. So I need to develop the time-management skills. Time management is the crucial skill that I need to develop in order to be successful in my career. When the person is involved in the extra-circular activities like doing part-time jobs and meanwhile also going to universities, the time management is must in order to mange the workload (Gunawan and et.al., 2017). I have to work hard on this activity and make my work done before the deadlines. By having my academic studiesI have to develop problem-solving skills, as I face many problems in order to learn new things in my university and also in my personal life as well. By having the personal development it makes me to know myself and makes me find the different ways to develop myself. As personal development is the attractive quality that is needed by ever person whether in academic, personal life or at the workplace. By developing my personal weaknesses helps me willingly to take the new challenges and me or enthusiastic in my work and personal life. I will also develop my IT skills which makes to have the effective use of the computers and new technology updating in the dynamic market. By developing these qualities it will make me and my career bright.
