It can also support me in managing as well as solving various problems with rise among them. It has also supported me in attaining my professional and personal goals. In addition to this, appropriate communication skill can support me in communicating with broad segment of companies easily with the aid of this skill. Although, appropriate communication skill can manage these and it also makes sure that I am enough capable to suggest my creative ideas in order to give me point of view to the group(Reyneke, Shuttleworth, and Visagie, 2021). Problem solving skills –I have developed this skill when I was working on my module as in that project there were several situations of issues which are needed to resolve so I faced it and also managed to solve such problems. Moreover, it can also support me in resolving many problems that are linked to my organisation. Furthermore, it can help me in my professional future life. So, ti effectively maintain as well as working the company I require to posses such skill. Self confidence –At the time of working on this module I have developed a lot of self confidence as it will increase my moral in trusting myself which lead to the prosperous life of mine. I analysed all of my weaknesses and also evaluated my strengths appropriately, and due to this I make my requirements and goals which are easily accomplish able and realistic.
