INTRODUCTION
Personal development is a ultimate long lasting course of action. Through personal
development individual can improvised its knowledge, skill as well as quality of life. It
facilitates aim and purpose of life so that individual can reach and contributes its maximum
potential growth of life. There are three important aspect of personal development. The first
one is enhancing self awareness. Second one is upgrading your identity in front of others.
Third one is recognising and discovering lots of new talents in your own. There are several
topics that is associated with mental, social, spiritual, emotional, physical. This report aims
towards personal and professional development. It consist values of short, medium, long
term goals along with personal examples. Apart from this, report discusses value of personal
development plan by identifying goals of life.

Personal and professional development
Both personal and professional development collectively depict long lasting process that
consist of systematic mechanism so that individual will maximise its potential or capabilities.
This is one of the continuous process of personal and professional development in order to raise
high value that deliver direction, or assistant so that all skills will execute on track. It enhances
skill and experience while keeping in record in terms of learning and applied knowledge
(Kohnen, 2017). Personal and professional development is the process by which individual and
company is engage in the process of learning and meet overall goal, objective challenges that
comes occur in face of their life cycle development. It is one of the engaging processes of
learning in order to satisfy desire goal by overcoming all type of challenges. It is linked with
needs of individual development along with group needs. It helps in identifying current skills and
knowledge so that individual can prepare itself from challenges that occurs in life cycle of
personal or professional development plan (Hokanson and et.al., 2019). Skills of professional are
attached with counselling and coaching so that it can support learning capacity and ability as per
the requirement of individual. Professional skill combines of leadership and management skill so
that individual will also raise efforts of self through effective mentoring continuous process. It
will upgrade presentation skill and leads towards overall development of life that support in full
