Bottari, 2017). Constant Evolution - This is a most useful strategy that help in self and personal
development. With the help of this strategy, I can effectively improve my personal
development needs which help me to obtain my day to day targets. Relationship Building Skills – This is comes under the most effective strategy because it
help to establish the strong strong relationship with co-workers and other team members.
This strategy help to maintain the good employee engagement among my team
employees with the organisation. Take Responsibility – To became a suspenseful leader I need to take responsibility of my

employees with the organisation. Take Responsibility – To became a suspenseful leader I need to take responsibility of my
team member and also provide them a right direction so that my team members will
recognise my value and also take motivation from me. I need to take more
responsibilities about my work and staff members that help me to become a successful
leader. Always Set deadline – Deadline help to enhance the productivity level and help to
decrease the wastage of time and resources . I will set a deadline so that I can always
complete my work and other tasks under the deadline. Which help me to focus on the
other task and other activities of my staff members. Never Stop Learning – This is also consider the effective strategy for personal
development in respect of personal effectiveness. I can learn from my superiors, peers
and other employees of the organisation and I also learn my my personal effectiveness
and also keep up to date from the latest trends, knowledge and skills.
Learn from failure – To become a successful leader, I should need to learn from my
defeats and failures and take a lesson from my bad and past experience and also learn

from this and use this learning and experience in my current work. If I will learn from my
failures then I will not repeat my mistake again and work properly so that this is also

The impact of my current potential of my personal development gap affect my current job
so I need to develop my skills and behaviour so that I can easily maintain my performance as
compare to my past performance. The comparison of past situation when I do not have all the
skills to the future situation when I will develop all the essential personal development needs are
given below-

The impact of personal development gap on my performance affect adversely. There are
many skills and behaviour which I really need to develop to become a successful person. Some
skills like leadership skills, time management, team working, adaptability are consider the most
appropriate skills which I need to improve because these personal development gap affect my
productivity so that I am considering it as my weak point which I have to improve. I analysed
that personal development gap create many issues and roadblocks in the self growth so that I will
consider some useful strategies from which I will easily learn those skills in which I found
difficulty. Personal development gap provide negative impact on my performance and efficiency
and stop me to become a successful leader (Rana, Rastogi and Garg, 2016). I will work really
hard to improve my personal effectiveness so that I can easily tackle my problems and also the
problems of my staff members.
Due to lack of personal development needs I observed that I am not able to connect with my staff
members and other employees of the organisation. Apart from this, I also felt that I am not able
to face critical situation and also not capable to take appropriate decision for myself and my team
members.

consider all the skills and behaviour which are related to my personal effectiveness. I addressed
all those personal development needs which I want to improve for the better personal
effectiveness. I used many strategies like commitment, learn from failure, take responsibility ,
failures then I will not repeat my mistake again and work properly so that this is also
consider the good strategy which I can adopt for my personal development needs.

and negative impact of skills and behaviour of personal effectiveness. This report also
determined about the reflective statement in order to develop the personal effectiveness and also
identified few strategies which help to adopt the appropriate skills and behaviour to become a
successful global leader. This report evaluated the current potential and also identified the impact

goal, be prepare for the changes , become self organised are the working strategies that help in
