INTRODUCTION
Personal effectiveness refers to a branch of self-help movement which deals with the
goals, related concept and success. It is a combination of some ideas that reflects a power of
positive thinking and positive psychology. In simple terms personal effectiveness is separate
from the new thought movement. Personal effectiveness people are highly focused and
determined towards their specific goals and it could be achieved by developing the self-
discipline. Personal effectiveness reflects something that is entirely unique for everyone and it is
basically based on an individual person career. In this person will utilise all their skills, talent and

who a known as a business executive officer of Alphabet Inc. that is a subsidiary firm of Google.
He was born on 12 july, 1972 and in 2015 he was appointed as a new CEO of Google. It is a
pride moment for India to see that Indian born become a CEO of largest multinational
technology company. This report includes the skill and behaviours that helps Sundar pichai to
become an global leader. It also involves the positive and negative elements within Sundar
Pichai skills and behaviour with their impacts. Further it explains the reflection for own

Sundar Pichai was born on July 1972. He get the C grade in one of paper at IIT
Kharagpur. Form that he got the inspiration to work hard and improve their academic and
management skills. Due to this their scholar degrees are to be improved which helps in becoming
a leader of Google in 2015. To become a global leader, several skills and behaviours of Sundar
Pichai helps them that impact on enhancing overall personal effectiveness (Cowen, 2020).
Sundar Pichai follow the Affiliative leadership style. It is a type of leadership style which
promotes harmony among the followers by solving the conflicts so that fewer conflicts are to be
faced by the team members. This leadership style establishes the collaborative environment

within the company and shows the better way to succeed and bring the best out of others. To
effectively reflects Pichai's leadership style that helps in becoming a global leaders several skills
and behaviour are to be explained below:

global leader. He has a good tone of communication that helps in easily connecting with
the huge audience. Sundar Pichai is a strong communicator and ensures that every
member understand the mission and task effectively and properly so that
misunderstanding are not creating while performing the task (Murugan, 2017). To
maintain the effectiveness in the communication, SMCR communication theory is to be
referred to Sunder Pichai because it helps in systematically transfer the information to
team members so that effectiveness would be maintained.
