INTRODUCTION
Employment skills are skills, knowledge and capabilities that are necessary demanded by
the employer from its employees so that all task of firm can be smoothly completed in effective
manner. Audit of personal fitness for business environment contribute in analysis, identifying
areas in which my strength and weakness lies thus method that could be used to improve the
same. Communication, team working, information, time management and problem solving are
different skills that are required by individuals to get make best use of available employment
opportunities in external environment. All these skills are highly valuable for the employer thus
person by developing the its existing skills, knowledge and capabilities can achieve greater
success and growth in future circumstances. This report has included key information related to
personal audit to analysis the skills that I have for suitable business environment or not. So, Gibb
reflective cycle is model that will be used to conduct personal audit or fitness.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs reflective cycle is model that have six stages that helps any individuals in identifying
its strength, areas that needs to be developed and action that could be taken to enhance existing
professional skills. Reflection helps in learning thing from previous experience without
forgetting the previous knowledge. Description, feeling, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and
action plan are all stages that contribute in effective reflecting of skills or knowledge that I have
gained from my previous experience (He, Parkinson. and Doyle, 2018). Therefore, the things
that are learned by me from my previous experience can be illustrated in detailed as follows:
Description: It is stage that describe about the particular situation or previous experience
such as what, when and who a particular situation has arisen. Likewise, our lecturer has
assigned us a group assignment for getting good grade in future scenario. In the group
assignment, we were around 4-5 members in each group that are coordinately working
for completion of task so that end objective can be achieved (Sicora, 2017). I was a
leader of the group that will be responsible for coordinating people, resources and task so
that the project can be completed and delivered to lecturer in minimum time possible.
Feeling: This is a stage that states about the feeling or emotion which I have during the
particular experience. For examples: In my previous experience, I was feeling quite
