Personal empowerment is considered to be taking control of life and do not let other
people control their life. An individual must look after so that he can develop his skills and
can achieve what he is willing to accomplish from the marketplace (Cardinale et al. 2014).
This needs to be understood by the individual to use the skills he already possesses to achieve
success in his career. In this report, the career development plan is done in the paper so that
the individual can understand what he needs to do, to become popular in the marketplace so
that he can gain the success in it (Holloway et al. 2014).
About Myself
With the help of the course, I can gather information regarding my strengths and skills
that are there in me. This will enable me to plan accordingly so that I can utilize them in an
efficient way possible and assist the organization in the development in the process and also
will allow me to achieve what I want to accomplish in my career. Some skills can enhance
my job and let me gain success if I can utilize the expertise in the right direction and in the
right way possible. These are necessary for every living being to understand and recognize
the strength that they possess in them along with the skills. This will automatically help them
to become successful in their career.
Various aspects make me unique compared to other people, and those are needed to
be looked after by me so that the skills can be enhanced and can be developed in a way that
will enable me to gain popularity in the organization where I am working as well as in the
career. Few traits make me much more approachable and friendly among the people, which is
necessary for an individual to flourish in their career and to gain success. These skills enable

I like to learn new things as well, which is helpful for me to gather the information

This can be marked as an essential aspect for me and the other people to become successful
in their careers and help them to gain success in the process. This will help me to obtain what
I want to achieve from the marketplace and let me accomplish success in the process.

I can change my career from one to another due to the different hard skills that I
possess in me. This multiplicity enables me with the opportunity to swipe the profession from
one to the other as well as help me to climb the ladder in the process. Since I am good enough
with different skills that helps me to become successful in my career as in my hard skills, I
possess the knowledge which consists of computer skills as well as accounting skills,
copywriting, graphic designing skill, data analysis, bookkeeping, core competencies, and
SEO/SEM, marketing, project management, analytical ability, event planning and
management.
These skills that I possess will enable me to change my career and assist me in
accomplishing the success in the market. I can change my profession as I possess strength in
the creative field as well as in the professional field, which is the main reason for me to
change my career and enable me to achieve the success in the process. These are important
for me to gain success in the marketplace and assist me in growing in my career. These are
the main reasons I can change my career from one job to the other, which will help me to
achieve the success and to become popular among the people as well as help me accomplish
