Executive summary
The self-analysis tests and the psychometric tests help a lot in grooming the personality of the
individuals. Right from the schooling years, teachers try to inculcate the team spirit among the
students. Teamwork is one of the main building blocks that people need for developing their
professional career. The assignment talks about the advantages of the team working. One of the
most important aspects is the feedbacks received from the team members. During the course of
any team activity, the members are able to know each other much closely. They can also observe
the strengths and weakness of each other. So, the feedbacks that are shared by each individual
team member is indeed very helpful. I have also taken many self-analytic tests and got the results
that have immensely helped me to shape my career. I am also very thankful to all my team
members for cooperating with me and sharing all their valuable feedbacks about me. I am more
or less satisfied with the results that I have got from the self-analytic tests. I could tally those
with my already existing qualities. I could also tally them with the experiences that I have got
from my past job experiences. I am good at the problem-solving skills and I have a great
willpower, I never back down in facing the difficult situations or the tough challenges that come
my way. However, in order to become a good and successful bookkeeper in the near future, I
need to keep myself updated and develop many other qualities within myself. It is for this reason
that I have taken part in this team building activity in order to get the information about my
persona from the viewpoint of my team members. Peer o peer learning is also one of the main

Introduction
Self-assessment identifies weakness and strength of people. I have the desire of becoming
a successful bookkeeper in future. It is for this reason that I have taken many self-assessment
tests. The results of these tests have helped me to gain a clear idea about my areas of
improvement. I have faced some problems in taking the right decision at the right moment. This
can turn out to be a severe threat for me in the future. A successful bookkeeper has to be self-
confident and take many decisions within a very short span of time. I have to work with a huge
team and make sure that there are a collaboration and proper understanding among my
teammates.
I have conducted regular meetings during the entire course of the teamwork. This has
helped me and my fellow team members to know each other closely. I have also been able to
learn many new ideas and innovative techniques from my team members through the process of
knowledge sharing. However, I will have to work over my decision-making skills. As I gain
experience I will be promoted to higher levels in the management and need to take up more
responsibility. So, I will have to work over my domain knowledge.

I have done my diploma in the field of commerce. Finance and accounts are crucial for
the .organizational operations. The old traditional manual methods of calculation often makes the
finance and accounts departments work slow. I want to increase my knowledge of the modern
technological and technical methods of calculations. This will help me to speed up the quantity
and the quantity of the bookkeeping department of my organization.

I have a very good experience in working with my team. Creating an online professional
profile has been helpful for me and my team as well. They have been able to share their
feedbacks about me directly on my profile. I have been able to gain many important contacts on

Conclusion
So, it can be concluded that teamwork helps to develop personal careers. It must be a
responsibility of each and every school to teach their students the advantages of working in a
team. I have also been able to make a list of my good qualities from the feedbacks shared by my
teammates. I will try to work more over the areas of my weakness and try to make sure that I am
nurturing my strengths. I also take a look over the feedbacks shared by my teammates while
preparing and following my action plan. In the modern day scenario, the bookkeeping industry
can no longer survive on the traditional and the manual methods of calculations. So, I have to

In addition, there are a few areas where I have to develop skills and capabilities. According to
my industry dashboard, to obtain opportunities for getting into the bookkeeper industry, there are
a lot of industry growth areas that I pay attention to. Such as the improvement of software,
implementation of technology, and recruiting. The challenges the bookkeeping industry faces are
lack of suitable options for investment and expensive labor costs. Therefore, to graduate, my
technical skills would need to meet a fair amount of elements in the graduate criteria. For
example, financial craftsmanship, analytical profession, modern technology capabilities, and soft
including analyzation, mathematics knowledge, organization, and management. With the
intention of reaching my objective- administrating the role of a bookkeeper, I am going to
practice harder in mathematics, analyzing, managing, organizing and other financial and
accounting related various of skills as mentioned, based on my current knowledge in these areas.
I will keep enlarging and be elevated in my knowledge of record keeping, payroll, taxes by
continuously studying and researching; and practice in my soft skills such as adaptability,
